The rooms are nice and big with a decent size lounge dinning. The balcony was a nice added feature. We went in the middle of winter and the aircon managed to keep the room warm. The owner was very lovely. Will definitely stay again. It was all really nice.

Proximity to city centre Decor very tired and soiled. Net curtains torn,with numerous hooks missing as were the main curtains making the appearance of the room quit scruffy. We were there for 5 nights. The room was not serviced as per the information sheet. Beds were not made up, bins not emptied until we complained on our 4th day. Even after that the room was not serviced as it should have been. The main bed sheets and top covers were simply dragged up without being tucked in.

Location was great, comfortable bed. A one night stay would have been enough rather than 2 nights. The motel was rather dirty, alot of dust and food on the curtains. No ventilation in the bathroom so if u showered at night the tile floor was wet in the morning very hazardous. The jets in the spa bath blew out when turned on. Light in kitchen didn't work, loose and open connection. No breakfast as stated when booking, "coffee machine" is actually a coffee plunger and only a single serve for a 2 night stay. Very noisy as it on a main road. There was no information in the room to inform us on nearby eateries or touristy information.

They serviced the room after the first night but didn't after the second night. The heat pump even on full couldn't warm the room.

Nothing The room had significant mould or dampness issues. It was the 2 Bed apartment, room 1. When we arrived around 3pm, all doors and windows were open, and it was fairly pungent. We gave the room around 90min to air but it did not get better. We decided not to stay as it was so bad. We ended up staying across the road. The owner was great at the time and said it was all good to leave, however we’ve now been fighting the Motel for 2 weeks to get our money back. Would never stay here again.
