The room rate was very expensive for what was included, although we understood we were largely paying for the location. We were initially allocated a room with an accessible wet-room style bathroom, which unfortunately wasn’t what I had expected when booking. As I’m quite sensitive to moisture throughout bathroom spaces, we requested a room change upon arrival. Staff were accommodating and we were much happier with the layout of the second room, however it did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly as there were hairs left in the shower. It may be helpful for the motel to clarify room types more clearly at the time of booking.

Very clean cute facility. Loved that there were two toilets. Located on the longest block on earth after a day exploring. Really nothing regarding this property to complain about.

It was a little further from the centre than anticipated, but not a bad walk. Was a bit difficult to get into the parking lot with all of the cars parked on the street.

Good location, walking distance to shopping food and drinks. Room wasn't that clean, dead fly on the floor. TV was useless, cutting out, barely watchable. Didn't bother complaining as I'm sure they would know about it.

Great motel, lovely undercover parking right outside our door. Easy access for "oldies". Warm and comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit.

The C-hotel was good, comfortable, clean and quiet. Just the frypan surface was scratched so should be replaced.

Parking at spot, cleaning service, not far away from great restaurants, fully equipped kitchen (including stove top), heating mats in bed. Missing bed lamps, at times very sensitive shower temperature regulation.

Clean and generously sized, with kitchenette that was perfect for what we needed. Comfy bed and pillows, and walking distance to the city centre and Pomeroys Pub. Parking available too. Very poor WiFi.
