It was a fantastic property my kids loved it and they were so accommodating and helpful There was nothing I didn’t like about property as it was everything we needed as we landed on the coldest day to hit Christchurch

Location an good sized rooms Never once did it state that they allow pets this would of 100% changed my kind for people with allergies not ok at all!!! Also parking was an absolute nightmare not enough parks. Was also grossed out that a wet used flannel was under a table in our room from last guest :(

Location Very outdated and rough. Room didn’t look like the pictures. Carpet was wet and room was very musty. Couch was not comfortable to sit on.

Good location and parking. A warm welcome and heaters were on before we arrived which was appreciated. It was great to find a lazy boy which really pleased my wife who has back problems and slept in it as she finds normal beds tricky. The handle on the lazy boy was broken and whilst I was able to extend the feet, so she could lay down and sleep, in the middle of the night she couldn't get out of the chair and so I was able to get up and rescue her. May I suggest that the handle be renewed. I saw them for sale at a very reasonable price on Temu. That would make a wonderful facility even better! Thankyou.

Lived the quirky nature of it! It was warm and comfortable. A bit dangerous for children - but we had no problems either supervision.

Very spacious, comfortable beds and lounge furniture, large tv, plenty of room to park, warm and quiet, very accommodating for a special request, room was ready for our arrival with curtains pulled and heat pump on Nothing
