It would have been nice if a small bottle of milk could be supplied

Location excellent Room older but fresh car parking tight spaces

Could use some updating but for size and value was quite acceptable

Heat pump didn't work room was freezing, no milk provided for morning cuppa tea

Double glazing would have helped with road noise, but I've heard worse before

Location. Parking was tight, rooms are old and in need of maintenance.

Location to city was walking distance. Parking outside apartment was possible. Priced right for how dated the room was, but knew that in advance from photos. Bed was comfortable and unit spacious. Room serviced daily, could not fault staff and friendliness. Light over shower was not working. Crockery, glassware was just random pieces. Room was tired and windows hard to open and close due to age, but as stated above price reflected what was there.

Slightly dated, but for the price good value.

location great .room was not clean. room had ants on the kitchen .bench, nett curtins were ripped and didnt cover lounge window . for $750 for 4 nights should of been alot better .i go to christchurch a lot ...would not stay there again. not a good stop over place

Good location but a little bit old. Need some reno to make it more comfy. Reasonable price though. Stay only 1 night so it’s ok but might want to find somewhere else for a longer stay Old and worn out carpet

Location Very dated very noisey either other occupants and their vehicles early in the am.

It was nice to come with a microwave and a fridge. It was very conveniently located to the city center. We were able to walk and that was nice. It said cooking so it did come with dishes and utensils but just the microwave. I might not generally consider that to be “cooking/kitchenette” but I guess that is the standing definition. It came with dishes and utensils but no soap or dish towels with which to clean them. When we first came in there was an odd smell, and we thought it was urine. However, when we turned the heat on, the smell was coming from the mini split heater. You get used to it after a minute. My daughter said that the blanket smelled odd too. She thought it was body odor. The freezer in the fridge was not much use. It was totally caked over with ice.

Your car can park just next to the door. Space is ok for 3 ppl and price is fair! An aged motel, not well sound proofed, can’t sleep well. The windows seem easy to be opened outside of the room, but no worry as Christchurch is a safe place!

The staff are very good and friendly people . We had issue with our microwave and immediately they replaced it . Very clean and a nice place to stay Nothing to complaint

I like the amenities and the accessibility of all the shops and bus rides. We were not given the room we’re supposed to occupy for a day due to other customers extending their stay.

Staffs are very polite especially Ms Sophia.
