The staff was excellent - and the room, while small, had all the right amenities. This is an excellent location for shopping and convenience. Public transportation is just outside the hotel for those venturing to downtown CC. Wish the room had been slightly larger, but we did have a lot of luggage.

The room was just outdated and the bed was not that comfortable. For the value it was fine. Though the extra ammenties it listed such as the streaming apps were not available at all.

Location was good straight across the mall there were no face cloths in the bathroom and also the shampoo containers were not filled up room was cold on arrive and and the heat pump wouldnt turn off once it hit temp and no tea towels to dry dishes

The location is great being opposite Riccarton Mall and a bus stop. heaps of restaurants nearby. The room was small with a small window but was warm clean and quiet. Free WiFi. The smell in the room was awful and was caused by an unclean rubbish bin. The microwave is rusty. The fridge moves when you open it. Only FreeView channels on the tv. A hole in the wall. No chain on the door. The curtain was half off the rail and to top it off the hairdryer didn't work.

Position was ideal for public transport to and from airport and the city. Eateries were within walking distance and large shopping mall directly opposite. On a main road although noise was not an issue. Room was small but contained everything required.

Convenient location. Friendly, helpful staff Quite a small unit and there wasnt a lot of light in ours but it was comfortable and clean and was fine for our short stay.

Location and parking was great Room was Dirty, used earbuds in bathroom drawers also rubbish in bathroom bin, no bath plug so couldn't bath my baby. Doors and floors were stained also had no toilet paper on arrival. No bulbs in lamps and the remotes didn't work for TV and heat pump. Disappointed Other than that Host was helpful with my bags.

The room wasn’t clean when we stayed there, after checking when we were going to leave there were still items in the room that weren’t ours and other people’s rubbish which said it hadn’t been checked or cleaned properly between stays.. we wasn’t impressed and it just made you wonder what else wasn’t properly cleaned

Location is great opposite Riccarton Mall and buses. My unit got the morning sun and was private with no one walking past. I found the bed to be well used and uncomfortable as a result.

The location is brilliant but the room was ok not great but ok. Very dirty down the sides of the sink in bathroom. But it was ok the host was friendly
