the room was not clean, it was disgusting the amount of dirt that had not been cleaned up, it was disgusting and even the floor had not been vacuumed very well with bits still lying on the carpet. took some photos as evidence it was so bad.

It was close to town The bed was a bit hard for me but in saying that I'm use to a soft bed an every hotel stay is different.

Apartment had cooking facilities, big tv with Netflix, electric blanket was a nice touch and beds were comfortable. Bottle of water from previous guest under bed

Place was comfy, Beds Brilliant, Shower was great. Nice cozy room. Would stay again.

Location was great. The bed was comfortable. However the bedding was not fresh and I suspect the bed had not been stripped from the previous guest. This was very disappointing. The room I was in was so tiny it would never have been appropriate for 2 people. Also the night light was right outside my room and it never turned off the whole night. There were non-working power points and had to pull the microwave out to get the jug to work. The back of the microwave was dirty and grimy. There is no kitchen sink so you have to use the hand basin for every thing. The toilet cistern did not fill up properly so the water was running in the cistern continuously. Once I settled in I went to the office to report this but it was already closed. I pulled out very early the next morning so had no chance to let manager know

location was handy. Never saw a staff member. Room was dirty, particularly the toilet/bathroom. Was awake all night with people walking around above us with the floor creaking.

Was affordable for our family We stayed for 2 nights and no service was done. We had to ask for more towels. Is that normal? Was the first time I've encountered that on a multi nights stay is all.

Location was excellent for the venue we were attending. Very good and frequent bus service in to town and walking distance to shops and Cafe. Would have liked some drawer space so we could unpack the suit case and more wardrobe e space.

The motel is conveniently sited and while a bit in need of updating is good value for money. Room 5 is actually not a bad small apartment, with 2 bedrooms.

The receptionist was to the point and the room was basic but comfortable. Good general cleanliness but could do with some deeper cleaning. Good shower and comfortable bed. Great location! The room had no style or vibe - it was just a room, and could have been a little cleaner around skirting boards, lightswitches and doors.
