Ferry Motel

Nice place in the middle of the city within close proximity to Airport and supermarkets and fuel stations. Conveniently located with ample parking. But, needs immediate renovation and gardening. Prices are reasonable.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. There are obviously a few issues and renovations going on but the staff went out of their way to resolve any issues. They gave us a discount on another room when we added a guest at the last minute, and discounted that further when the TV wouldn't go. It was a very cheap rate, and was suitable for a boys weekend to watch a sports event. There were a few issues with the place but you get what you pay for, and it suited our needs just fine.

Place is very old,dirty and smells terrible.Everything inside is overused and terrible with holes everywhere.This place needs to close down and renovate.Shame on me take my family there.

I totally love the housekeeper. She was so nice and extremely helpful A random came into the complex asking for narcotic's. She was not a guest at the motel. She tried to talk her way into our room. The single bed bases & mattresses need updating as they sag in the middle.

3/10 too expensive for what was offered, no sky TV like advertised not kid friendly would say more like a workers accommodation heat pump advertised was a little heater and cord was burning hot so couldnt use it for the night not worth more than $50 a night Shower pressure is crap

It was clean. It was very shabby and not in a chic way. Cigarette burns on the table. Couch has previously been used for dogs…you could smell it and I had a major allergy attack.

Very run down, holes in the walls some were badly patched up. The whole place is just old and needs a redo

Pleasant

The price point, although I feel like we could have gotten a much nicer place for a little bit more. The person taking care of the property was very nice and attempted to be helpful. Their laundry was down, so I was just charged a flat rate for her to wash and dry it for me, which was very nice. We had to ask another guest if that was the motel as there was no name sign at the front, pending renovation hopefully? Our stove had safety issues, but we were able to turn it off. The front desk staff came in to check it out and said that she would report it to the owner. I didn’t exactly feel safe there, so would not stay there again especially if I was travelling by myself. Trust the reviews when booking, do not feel like people are exaggerating or high maintenance.

Disappointing

The hotel called me straight away because we left something behind. I really appreciate that! Pillows were uncomfortable, lighting was a bit poor. The room with the double bed had a window going into the lounge with no curtain.
