Location was good. When I checked in, I specifically asked for a non-smoking room. The room I got could not have smelled more like smoke. Went down to get another room, the new room I received smelled like urine. They advertise having a SPA area, but it is a serious let down. They were nice enough to validate my request to bring down my 2 nights to 1 nights without extra costs.

Special shout to both Alice & Eric (both were at the concierge counter at the same time) helping me to connect to the tour agent (damm unhelpful) to assist me in arranging the pickup to Wulong Karst. Both went extra miles, assisting me to re-activate my WeChat account. Unfortunately, it was not successful. Is their attitude, 2 thumbs up. Traffic leading to the Hotel,
