Superb location - in the midst of the town location where everything is "happening" and reachable. Good eating places around the hotel and within walking distance. Crowded place, but that's not an issue, as Chongqing is what it is, and what it should be. So, nothing in particular.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, with particular recognition due to Manager Ms Yang. She demonstrated exceptional hospitality by enthusiastically recommending numerous local dining gems and even took the initiative to mark key locations on our map. While the interior decor shows some signs of aging with slightly worn carpeting and retro-style furniture, the property maintains remarkable cleanliness. The professional service and largely compensated for the slightly dated facilities, creating an overall satisfying accommodation experience that we would gladly revisit.

Convenient although hotel is on upslope I am surprised to learn that I have been billed again to my credit card on 29 Dec 2024 after we checked out although I have already paid in advance on 19 October 2024. I have not agreed to this double deduction and look forward to a refund and some explanation.

Cleaniness and friendliness of staff and the view from the room in the night. The rooms were beautiful spacious and comfortable.

Convenient to shopping and transit. Charge for internet access. Cleaning staff are too eager rushing us out before check out time.
