This is a beautiful hotel in a great location with such helpful staff. The concierge staff, in particular, helped us with tickets, cars, mailing a box home, and went above and beyond for us. The hotel is in a very convenient location to many sites in Chongqing. The room was clean and quiet and had everything we needed.

Location was right in the middle of the city. To the right you can see the Liberation Monument and walk 20-25 minutes to the left you will reach the Hongya Cave. On Saturday evening at 8:30pm, you can watch from the river bank the 15 minute drone show (though undewhelming). Nothing

Incredible perfect stay. I almost never rate 10... but they definitely deserve it. I loved the gym and the swimming pool. The food was delicious and fairly priced. The staff very helpful and always smiling.

I traveled with my boyfriend and we found the facility beautiful and definitely worth the price. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was, considering how well maintained and nice everything was. The location was great. Close to Times Square and right next to street food markets with beautiful surroundings. The shopping mall inside the hotel was really nice and there was many things to buy or do, and the garden was also a lovely~ The staff was very nice, and even after we checked out early, they kindly let us keep our key card to use some of the facilities since we had spare time before heading to the airport.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Central Hotel Hyatt Regency Metropolitan Chongqing exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—right in the city center with direct access to Raffles City, shopping, and dining. The room was modern, spacious, and very clean, with a comfortable bed and beautiful city views. The staff were professional and friendly, check-in was smooth, and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Chongqing. None

your staff, Ms Mandy, is super helpful. She is very professional, very kind. We will be happy to stay Hyatt again on our next Chongqing trip my son does not like the breakfast, maybe too much spicy food.

The location was superb. It was just a little way away from Jiefangbei with numerous malls and shops in walking distance, but since the hotel entrance was just a little off to the side away from the very crowded places, it was still quiet and cars could go drop and pick up at the lobby area with ease. Facilities was great- the gym was large and well-equipped. There was a sauna, steamroom and indoor pool. The design of the room was very modern and large as well. I particularly liked the small round table where we can have a meal. Also convenient access to charging ports on both sides of the bed. The gym was well-equipped but would personally would like some barbells and racks for squatting, in place of the many treadmills.
