Everything was wonderful. First of all the staff does a great job at treating you like royalty, they are always ready to help you The room was awesome, the view was fantastic, the mattress, pillows and linen made you feel like you were in a cloud. Very soothing and peaceful The swimming pool and jacuzzi are great Everything is spotless and the smell in the elevator is soft and luxurious. And finally the food, it is delicious. I chose the lounge option and it is fantastic. It is like having three great meals per day. The Lemon pie and the eggs benedict were my favourite. Nothing

Being situated at Raffles City, right at the confluence of the Yangtze and Jialing rivers (Chaotianmen), provides an unbeatable base for exploring the city, with direct access to a luxury shopping mall and the subway. The panoramic views of the rivers and the city are breathtaking—a true 'cyberpunk' landscape at night! Comfort: The comfort was top-notch. The room was spacious, luxurious, and spotlessly clean, featuring modern finishes and beds that guarantee a deep rest. The floor-to-ceiling windows maximize the light and the views, transforming the space into a tranquil retreat amidst the city's hustle and bustle. Services: The service provided by the entire staff was impeccable and attentive. From the check-in in the futuristic-design lobby, the attention to detail and efficiency were remarkable. SkyBar: The SkyBar (be it Maven or Horizon/SHUA) is a must-do experience. Best location in the city, spacious and well designed. Reaching the Raffles City Mall is a bit cumbersome via LG, and there is no entrance on L5 to walk to the city center.

Incredible service. Quality of everything is outstanding, even for Chinese standards. Location center of center. City view from 56th floor amazing. Stuff amazing, polite, nice etc. Housekeeping also exceptional. Breakfast has many options, but could be on higher level. Look for inspiration from Guangdong high level hotels.

I have left some things behind after check out, to my surprise the hotel had it well pack and labelled it. I was able to retrieve my items after returning to the hotel after few days later.
