Moxy Chongqing

The Hotel is located right in the center and in the middle of the busy food street. That was great, but at the same time also a bit difficult as it was very busy and loud. the hotel reception is on the top floor with a nice view and its rotating. The rooms were spacious and functional. there was no driveway for cars. So arrival and departure with the luggage was very challenging. Cars can stop on the road in front of the hotel, but the street is very busy. hundreds of pedestrians and other cars honking at the back while we tried to get our luggage out. Breakfast was very busy and there were not enough tables.

Its location The stairs entering and exiting the building made it difficult to carry my luggages. Nobody helped me with my luggages during check in nor check out.

Location was 10/10. Would stay here again!

The location was great. It was literally in the middle of a walking food street and malls. I was on a business trip and asked for a receipt, but the QR they provided did not work, and requested for one and did not even respond.

Look no further than the Moxy hotel. The location is the best in town. In the heart of the centre. The breakfast was excellent and included both Chinese and Western food. Well-equipped gym and a large laundry space, free of charge. We paid extra for a higher floor that had their so called landmark view and the view was indeed breathtaking. On the top fooor, there's the only revolving restaurant of the city and the Herbed chicken I can highly recommend. Another thing we really like was the unique industrial styling of the room. All in all this hotel scores a perfect 10 in my opinion. Well done!

Amazing location! There are plenty of shops and eateries just outside the hotel, and everything is within walking distance—including Hongya Cave, Shibati, and the metro station. To our delight, we even managed to find a halal hot pot restaurant nearby, which was perfect for our family. Some of the staff could communicate in English and were very helpful throughout our stay. Nothing about the hotel. However, while the area is lively and vibrant, it gets extremely crowded at night, especially around Hongya Cave. The crowd was overwhelming to the point that it became hard to enjoy exploring the place. At one point, the bridge near the cave was so packed that I genuinely worried a stampede might occur. It was just too intense to feel safe or comfortable.
