Hotel Louis II

Small hotel, quiet location in a walking distance from Ciampino railway station, from which there are frequent trains to Rome, taking just 15 minutes. Helpful owners and staff, nice Italian breakfast. Some rooms on a ground floor with door and window opening to the parking space. A bit noisy in the evenings sometimes, but dead quiet at night.

Decent location. The room had a strong smell of cigarettes. Staff at the check in was smoking in the lounge/breakfast area. Whilst in the room I could hear people shouting very loud, not sure if they were guests or staff. Very small and unpleasant room with dated decor. Room at the ground floor facing the car park with cars about 5 yards away. at about 10pm I was offered to change room but I preferred to leave the hotel and sleep somewhere else as my stay was very uncomfortable. I should have been offered a money refund which I was not. Total waste of money.

Lovely hotel, friendly family

Friendly staff. Very kind and accommodating people. The terrace of the hotel and the shared space (lounge) are great for relaxing and remote working. Quiet residential location. Large supermarket a short walk away. 1 - The bathroom is the real downside. It's cramped, outdated and has mold in the shower. A noisy old fan turns on every time one opens the bathroom door. 2 - The only light in the room is the ceiling lamp, which makes the room feel squalid despite all its fancy decorations. 3 - Wifi does not reach in the room at all. The building also blocks the mobile signal. So in the room there is no way to do anything online. 4 - Hotel has the parking right next to the room entry. The car noises outside begin around 6-7 and it's not possible to sleep longer if you are a light sleeper. 5 - You can hear everything that happens in the bathroom upstairs as if you were in it. Because of the above, I had to leave half-way through my booking. If it was a hotel for 60 eur a night, one wouldn't expect more. But for 150 eur a night, it's not acceptable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me valuable recommendations. Good location near the bus station, and not far from the train station from where you can go to Termini. Clean room. Good Italian breakfast. The district is safe and quiet.

The property was well kept. The room was sparking clean and was tidied every day. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. Since we didn’t have a vehicle the location was a bit challenging.

An awesome gem, and the hosts very demure and curtesy, a worth affordable option outside the hustle and bustle of main Rome. I would greatly recommend this. It is easily accessible via train from Roma Termini to Campiano , then a leisurely walk. Also the area is a real community with a Churches nearby as well as affordable Pizzerias, and there is a Burger King nearby and two good super markets. Lovely hosts who are able to give your space. It is nice for those who like walking.

The hotel is nice and well kept, the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s located far from the train station and there was no bus service to it.

The staff were kind, accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The place was very nice, cosy: it suited our needs and expectations. Very clean room, good room service. It was nice to have a breakfast outside, in the patio. Please mind that it is Italian breakfast (pastries, jams, coffee, yogurts, juice, biscuits), but it suited our needs. Very good cappuccino. Hotel is located in calm, quiet residential neighborhood.

After 10h driving, nobody answering to do the checking and help me with the checking. I was on the street and had to find and pay another hostel. Next day hostel very rude say not their fault
