Comfort Inn & Suites Cincinnati Uptown Clifton

We were inconvenienced because we didn’t have water from 7pm until up in the morning. We went to bed without a shower after being at the hospital all day.

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Property was spacious and very clean.

Breakfast Was told there was a hot tub when we got there was told "Not today"

location room was way too humid even with the AC on and the carpet was filthy.

The room needed to be vacuumed dusted and less musty

Loved that is was close to what we needed, parking was ok, our bed was awful, we did not use the breakfast. the bed, and wish they had a hot tub

After driving nearly five hours through heavy rain, I arrived exhausted. The first thing I noticed was the poorly maintained parking lot, which immediately gave me a bad impression. At check-in, the front desk staff showed no warmth or friendliness. The process was simply completed without a smile or even a welcoming attitude. The room was also disappointing. There were several hairs in the bathtub and on the shower handle, making it clear that the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly. The conditioner dispenser was completely empty, and overall the housekeeping felt very minimal. The air conditioner had been turned off before my arrival, so the room felt stuffy and the air didn’t seem fresh. Breakfast was another letdown. The selection was very limited, and the waffle batter looked unusual. After cooking a waffle, it tasted sour and unpleasant, so I couldn’t finish it. It made me feel that many aspects of the hotel were being neglected and not properly maintained. Finally, when I checked out, the older gentleman at the front desk, who may have been the owner, did not make eye contact, smile, or say a single word as I returned my room key. It was a disappointing way to end the stay. Overall, this hotel felt poorly maintained, and the lack of cleanliness, attention to detail, and customer service made it an experience I would not choose

Breakfast was good happy hour was even better. Need more staff to help with cleaning of the rooms better. Older couple that does the cleaning needs a lot of help.

Love the rooms! Comfortable spacious and enjoyable! Loved the breakfast! Amazing bed! Staff were friendly too! The location close to the freeway to downtown Cincinnati works..hotel itself was great and we enjoyed our stay. The area around the hotel was sketchy. Didn't feel safe Gas station next to hotel was very uncomfortable, happened to be there as two guys were arguing and the shop called the cops, we were trying to get out of there ASAP, sketchy personalities around main road Stayed away from gas station and the one next to it. Even though the hotel is in a great location right by the freeway to head back into downtown, sadly, the area around it doesn't feel too comfortable and at first worried about parking at hotel but luckily nothing happened. Once you're inside, it felt safe and sound. Perhaps I'm naive but it didn't feel comfortable and at first we weren't sure we chose the right place. The hotel is on elevated ground above the main road out to freeway so at least you get a vantage point...

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was planning to sleep on the pullout couch, but when I removed the cushions I found remnants of snack foods inside.

It was just so-so. Not the greatest neighborhood.

Great location right off the highway, yet not loud at night. Excellent hot breakfast included biscuits, sausage, 2 kinds of eggs, gravy, waffles (make your own), fruit, yogurt, breads, and cereal. Wonderful staff, easy check in, and very polite.
