The guys at the front desk were some of the nicest, most helpful people I've ever met especially the tall, older fellow. They made sure everything was just right for my stay which relaxing and comfortable. The drain in the shower was very slow and when I mentioned it, they had it fixed in literally ten minutes. I will absolutely stay here again because the room was great - very clean and wonderfully cold AC on a horribly hot weekend-and the staff was amazing! Plus very close to UC without being right in the middle of all the campus traffic and construction. Highly recommend!

My room did not have a shower curtain. But was handled in great time. That I had to pay for parking - this was not listed on the website.

The location and proximity to the UC campus. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room location was not the best. The view was a brick wall.

Our room was fine apart from the shower . The caulking was absolutely disgusting , dire need of being replaced
