I like everything about the hotel it in the perfect area accessible and walking distance to food, shops and the university. Staff are amazing and professional. Love this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of options for food in the area, but the roadwork was a little frustrating to navigate. Not the hotel's fault, obviously. Make sure you park in the correct parking garage as they will only validate one of them. Breakfast was plentiful and well stocked.

If you are visiting University of Cincinnati, this is a terrific option. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is good and the waitstaff is excellent.

Like the staff, food, environmental, ambience Do not like the US $ 50 retainer they kept per day .It was not disclosed prior to booking. I have not yet received the $ 150 dollars due to me. If there is a retainer per day it should have been disclosed prior to booking.

The hotel specifically was very clean. The staff were very kind and professional. Lobby area was clean and inviting. Will definitely stay here again. I stayed here to go to the zoo. It was an easy and short drive to the zoo.
