Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Eastgate

The location was perfect shopping all around the hotel. The lady's that work the desk was so amazing an helped with any needs.

We reserved a suite, as there were 3 adults. Entered our room & it was only a queen bed. Went downstairs & lady said they must have overbooked & gave your room to someone else. I said well that's unacceptable. I booked this room last month. Took over a 1/2 hr. for her to fix it. Not sure how she did that when she said they were fully sold out. It was just extra stress that I didn't need 8:30 at night.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The perfect staff to be your first impression! Bed was super comfy. Will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a very nice assortment. Loved the homemade oatmeal with so many toppings! The hotel was across the freeway from the famous Jungle Jim’s..look it up on the web.

We felt like they needed more plugs near the beds as well USB plugs on the nightstand

Manager was very friendly. We found a yellow wash cloth under the air conditioner, so we weren't sure how clean the room really was.

Rooms ok, lacked fan in bathroom, had some metal parts lying around in room. Staff is good, cleanliness below average.

This was our first time staying at Fairfield Inn and we were happy with our booking. We were welcomed by friendly staff and were able to access our room which was conveniently located on the first floor. The room and bathroom were both clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and were glad to have hard boiled eggs, Belgian waffles, bacon, and cereal. Our kids enjoyed the hotel, although we did not find time to swim or use the workout facilities, they both appeared clean and quaint. This hotel was conveniently located near the freeway as well as the family we were visiting. Shopping and restaurants were nearby - although most were not within walking distance. We had a very positive experience!

The breakfast was great with lots of choices! Room was clean! I did not like putting money on hold for the convenience stand just in case we used it. You should be charged when you use it not just in case you do. Which we did not use.

All employees performed superbly in housekeeping and at the front desk. Also all made us feel at home and offered to help on anything we needed. Our room was 227 and I think something should be done about the safety in the bathroom shower. I am an older adult with some physical limitations such that I want something that I can hold onto in case I might fall. Have not fallen yet but was truly concerned that there was literally nothing I could have reached to give support if I had slipped or lost balance. I limited my shower to my upper body and my hair while remaining on the bathroom floor. This is a possible hazard that could be remedied with minimal investment while also protecting the hotel from possible future liability if someone is hurt while showering.
