Exceptional

Very nice clean lobby, very clean room, bed was really comfortable! There needs to be more parking available and more lighting at night!

I like the size of the room, the space of the bathroom and the beds. The staff was accommodating and provided a room for me that had a fast check in time. I booked with a third party and I requested an earlier check in time because I drove far and needed to be accommodated. The shower wasn't cleaned. I found hair on the floor and trash bags were missing from the garbage bins. The blinds didn't close all the way and I couldn't get proper sleep.

Did the job for a night and an easy commute from Great American Ballpark. Ample parking and shopping in the area.

The floor in the room was sticky because of the cleaner; overall just could’ve been more clean in the room/hallway on the bottom floor. Pool was nice but small, and we were bummed that there wasn’t a hot tub!! We were supposed to have a pull out sofa in our room but they didn’t end up having a room to switch us to like the one we had booked. The staff member we talked to was super nice and helpful.

Easy to find, easy access to the music venue!

Breakfast was nice. 1 waffle maker, 1 meat option and eggs. Toast/bagel/mini scone/muffins. Yogurt, several juice options & oatmeal. Light roast and decaf coffee, hot water & tea/cocoa packets available full time in lobby and at breakfast. Staff was pleasent. Room was decent size. Pool was smaller than expected and the area felt small/cramped. Water temperature was colder than expected and kids couldn't swim long. Little to no towels were available in the pool room. Room cleaning was ok. Curtains were dirty, trash wasn't fully removed and missing bags. Overall decent clean but lacking detail.

I was close to shopping and the neighborhood I was looking at to buy a house. Found everything I wanted. I was nervous about driving around the area but with google maps giving me directions it was super easy to navigate. I needed to add an extra night and that was more complicated than I expected.

Smelled clean Parking was horrible - huge pot holes on the parking lot. Front desk was unstaffed everytime we walked by and front door needed a key card to get into the lobby.

Gym wasn’t open. Carpets need to be clean. Front desk staff was often away for 5-10 minutes.

Convenience, decent breakfast, clean room Had an unusual clicking noise in the room from 3-4 am last night. Kept us up .

Staff did accommodate well. Good location. Pool was nice. Clean . Okay beds. No smoking smell anywhere was great. Fitness was not much. Pool towels needing replaced a couple times had to go to the desk Coffee creamer selection could be better. Non-dairy only offered 1 flavor. Typically most places have at least 2 non dairy and or a half and half Giant hole in the main driveway to the entry. I did not like the barn sliding door on the restroom i. Our room.

The breakfast could have been a little better with a little more variety. But other than that was still okay.

It was clean Staff was helpful and kind.
