Friendly and approachable staff. The road outside was being repaired, so transportation is a bit difficult while doing my errands. I was given a room in the 3rd floor and there was no elevator, agi need to carry up and down my heavy luggage.

Very simple, get what you pay for. Clean, strong ac, comfortable bed. Security guard in courtyard all night. The blanket provided is literally a sheer curtain. With the strength of the ac it gets pretty cold.

The room this time is smaller than before. The AC is not that cold.

This place is underrated. If you want cheap food, 7/11 is just few meters away, plus a hospital beside it. The Staff doesn't inform you that you need to wait for 2-3 minutes as they prepare the room. This is fine, but you should inform your client.

People are good,the security guard is a cool guy.The area is prone to flood but the water doesn’t get inside the property. The place is clean and safe near from 7/11 and the market.The laundry shop across the road is the worst,never go there it’s a waste of money.Sad it’s not in the map and i can’t put a bad review in that laundry shop. The bed is not comfortable,the bed frame is detachable. The foam is disgusting with thin sheets on it.They have unnecessary rules that i don’t like.Stains in the bed is additional charges that made our stay uncomfortable.TV is not working,windows could be better. They offer free breakfast only for those who choose more expensive booking package,understandable.

They served food in their restaurant, At first we were hesitant to order a bulk order because we didn't yet know if it tasted yummy for us. We were surprised because yes! Super approved by everyone even though when we order another rice since the viand is yummy. Gosh! Wala na Silang maserve. Okay lang Medyo happy naman kami Kasi masarap Ang ulam. The next day, we ordered the same kind of menu last night. And their staff told us okay ma'am. Gosh! D na po masarap, iba na yong lasa kaysa last night . Then Mali pa yong isa namin order. Huhuhu
