Das Bad Dirty Sheets(did not provide new, even after request)with multiple stains, small ant infestation, ‚Smart‘ TV did not work as a tv nor anything else, Heavy Metal Concert outside the window, price was 250 pesos more than it said on booking

The security guard was always willing to help and accommodating. The front desk was rude, no wifi, tv not working, stain on bed sheet, dirty room. Only 1 key card provided and you have to use it to be able to work the aircon and lights in the room, and use it for elevator access-so if you need to go out its a hassle. I will not book ever again. Far from airport, super traffic.

It was near the airport & the outlet stores Not clean, no connection tv, smelly pillow covers, the security deposit 1,000 per room, other 4-5 star hotels dont require security deposit.

The bathroom is stinky. The water in the shower is super slow. And I recommend if you’ll put television in the rooms.
