La Mirada Residence, Large 1 bedroom Condo, Ocean views, Beaches, 3 pools, restaurants

The room was spacious for us 5. It was clean. John was very accommodating, respectful and prompt. Overall, it met my expectations. The property itself was good. Signages were posted along the roadside, so locating the place was easy. It was the streets going there that was the concern. Children and adults occupied the streets so driving was quite challenging.

not that i dont like but it would be better if the refrigerator works well, bec ours does not gets cold that easy even if it was was at its max when we arrived

The place is huge and affordable! The amenities are superb!!! The beach is clean and very nice The aircon was broken, we had to change rooms late at night

Really nice hotel - bright, clean and quite modern. Room was fantastic, great size with really comfortable beds. Bathroom was great. Fast wifi but in room only. Short walk to the beach and the great pool facilities in the sister hotel. Only downside was having to check in/out at another hotel and having to pick up towels etc from another building.

Restaurants are close by.

A clean, comfortable apartment with plenty of beds. Convenient to the airport. The host was friendly and helpful and we appreciated our included breakfast, delivered personally. We were able to store our luggage in the downstairs lobby and wait by the pool before our flight. The room was great, the pool was too but you need to go to one of the nearby hotels for meals or other facilities. We didn't mind this but some may prefer everything in the one place.

Tranquil Clean

The location is near (ebike) the Sto Niño de Cebu- Mactan Parish, Newtown Mall and LG Garden where restaurants are located. Guarded and gated location. The host (John) was very friendly and helpful The main lobby needs detailed cleaning including the gym.

The host of the condo was very professional. The unit was very large, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed the beach and the swimming pool. Plus the free breakfast.

We had a private host, John. He was extremely attentive. The condo unit is large and very clean. The unit has lots of sunshine with an ocean view. Nicely decorated in Asian style and very comfortable with high-speed internet. Private beach steps from the condo. And the public beach is 2 minutes by car or motorbike. John arranged motorbike rental, which made it easy to get around and do some sightseeing. We will be back!

I felt safe. John the host was very professional and nice Hard to get transportation in or out from hotel. Because of location. You have to call yourself for grab or taxi a long walk to main road. Unit we stayed in very dark and needed a remodel. Many things warn out mold in cabinets, and unit had a smell. We only stayed one day.

Probably the best Condo I stayed in during my trip.

It’s located near the beach but beach access was private and you’ll have to pay. Not the host’s fault but should be noted.

Cleanliness, fast wifi, no damages of any equipment, everything was excellent It’s location.. local transportation like tricycles can’t drop you by at the building. There are also stray dogs near the pool which is not safe for visitors.. would be great if there are securities who can monitor those dogs.

It’s clean, cosy, very spacious and the view is great. John is very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again☺️
