The Reef Island Resort Mactan, Cebu

Schönes u preiswertes Business hotel Gutes Frühstück Man kann das Hotel nur mit einem Taxi und nicht mit einem Tricycle anfahren liegt sehr abgelegen in einem Privaten Areal. Zu Fuß nichts zu erreichen. Meer nicht zum schwimmen geignet . Zu flach, Seegrass, viele Quallen auch grosse , die mich sehr schmerthaft am. Unterarm gebissen habe.

The food , the service , the view and everything else !

I loved everything about the facility. The view is beautiful. The amenities are fun and varied. The hotel is beautiful and well curated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurants offer variety and delicious food. The room was very comfortable. Since its in an exclusive location, an expanded shittle aervice is a must. It is challenging to get in and outbof the resort at certain tome of the day. Also an expansive convenient store will also be halpful. An onsite international atm as well since they cater to international traveler. We had to go to Newtown to use an atm.

What I like: The proximity to my house. The ambiance. The white sands, clear blue waters. The amenities. The availability of food choices. The value for money. None

The staff are superb very hospitable and it uplifts the entire stay ,the resort is given of it amazing view but what made this location more superb is because of the staff from the housekeeping ,security guards ,lifequard,front desk Jay and Chay thank you ladies

Absolutely stunning views, gorgeous pool and the staff was extremely nice. Very close to the airport (10km) in comparison to staying in the city Beers and drinks are a bit overpriced but expected once you are at a nice hotel

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were nice and large. Water pressure and shower was great. Restaurants and pool were nice. Had massage at spa, and it was one of the best massages with a wonderful masseuse. She had perfect pressure and worked on problem spots. TV didn’t work properly and had to have staff in twice to try and fix it. After the forth night we gave up. Cleaning of room wasn’t up to par. We were there 7 nights and only one side of the room floor was cleaned, dirty cleaning rag was left in sink, one time glasses weren’t cleaned or replaced, and toilet paper wasn’t always replenished.

Interior design Nothing!

From the moment you arrive, the hotel has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, featuring a bathtub, rain shower, and a very comfortable bed. There is also 3 or 4 restaurants to choose from. All the staff are very service oriented. The hotel beach is clear, blue waters, though the shoreline is rocky.

Everything in the restaurants costs double then it should but i guess you pay for comfort.

The room, the staff’s also are accommodating, the food, the beach, overall its great.

Stunning pools and ocean view. Staff is so kind and attentive. Breakfast was phenomenal and we enjoyed the dinner service at the Italian restaurant! Very happy with our decision to stay here. Our room had some wear - peeling wallpaper from the moisture of the sea air and a rather musty odor and stained carpet. Everything was comfortable and clean enough.

The location was good, very close to the airport The massage at the spa was amazing - one of the highlights of my stay Breakfast and the overall quality of the food in the restaurants was not decent enough Unpleasant smell in the room, possibly coming from the carpet. I hope it wasn’t mold. There was no room service available, which was inconvenient. Also, the swimming pool and beach area are covered from the sun in the afternoon, which makes it less enjoyable for sunbathing.

The breakfast is not what we expected

Amenities, location, Staff, facilities, stellar included breakfast. Amazing views. Modern facility. I felt safe and relaxed during my stay. I would give this hotel 5 stars all around but only 4.5 because I had an adjoining room separated by a closed door. The room was assigned to me without my knowledge. Luckily my neighbor wasn't too noisy but I did hear her a few times coughing after midnight. I'm a light sleeper so her cough disturbed my sleep. Also I felt as though my partner and I had to keep our voices down so we would not disturb her. This changed the dynamics of the stay a bit. Not that we are noisy people but I didn't know what my neighbor could or could not hear.
