2. Location near MRT station ( 6 minutes walking ) 3. Convenience store near hotel front door Door key card and electricity card were given separately. One card was better.

It’s close to where my business in Manila was. The room’s AC felt like it was centralized—because I cannot control the temperature from the control panel on the wall it’s just set to a specific centigrade though what I can do was only the fan speed.

Staff assigned me to the wrong room and there WAS NO WAY TO CALL for assistance. I had to go down several times

The first room that we stay the smell from sewer was coming from the bathroom. The staff was nice that was the plus. Then we transfer to another room it was decent. The smell of sewers that coming from the bathroom, the cockroach in the bathroom.

location is good metro and bus stop so close. not so far from airport 12 km I remember. Breakfast so simple.

The bed is very comfortable. It is a walking distance to Light Mall. Laundry service was satisfactory. It is right across the highway. The noise of traffic outside the window can be deafening and uncomfortable. The superior queen rooms does not have black out curtains which is very helpful for the rooms facing Edsa side where theres billboard and street lights. It also lack some room amenities like more cloth racks and outlet on each side of the bed.

Convenience... There was no matts on the floor after shower. And the towel (body towel) was toooooo old! It was supposed to be white but it looks like gray color

The room was clean and comfortable Not enough light in the CR to shave reliably

The air-conditioning was not cold and could not be adjusted, which made the room a bit uncomfortable. Also, there is no free parking available. Fast and smooth check-in process. The location is very accessible and convenient, especially if you need to move around Manila.
