ibis Juarez Consulado

My room smelled like paint and the sheets were dirty and the size wasn’t what was originally promised to us. After going down to the lobby the staff seem irritated with us and we felt uncomfortable. They also failed to let us know prior to booking the hotel was in remodeling.

It's under construction lobby. I didn't like that

I like that’s is really close to everything. The property was on under construction and the hotel never got to tell us until we were there. Other than that everyone was really friendly and helped us in anything we needed.

They where all friendly front end lady’s are so nice keep up the good work I love the update is starting to look so modern good job

Clean, convenient and somewhat comfortable. It was enough for what we were looking for, as it was very close to our destination. Would recommend for that purpose (consulate). It is not so much that I did not like it, but they were doing rennovations and I assume that because of that only one elevator was working.

No microwave, refrigerator is not good

Room 761, has a leak on the shower, all the time we had water on the floor at the bathroom, maybe the seal ribbon are damage

For most of our stay we stayed on the 3rd floor it was ok not the best I think the only good was the housekeeper Doña Mary she was amazing very friendly and kind she made our stay a Lil better.

It's being remodel, so there isn't a reception. The rooms are too small, so there's isn't a table nor a closet.

I wish the rooms all offered at the least a mini fridge and or a microwave.

The cleaning staff seemed annoyed when asked ton clean the room…

the cleaning lady’s are awesome especially Socorro and Marta .always with smile and their faces and very professional The elevator needs to get fix !!! A lot of people for only one that’s not enough

The room is clean and Quiet the air conditioning is not good it is not comfortable to sleep,

El baño tenía una fuga, la pared de la regadera tenía moho (hongos), un solo elevador funcionando, lo cual hacía complicado llegar al lobby o al piso de la habitación, los colchones nada cómodos.

Good ubicación in the consulado The supervisor no atiende las peticiones de los usuarios

Nothing everything was good

Small room but close and great value. People were very nice spoke English

It was under construction, no eating area and no swimming pool
