The garden needs to cut grass and the patio upstairs needed cleaning. The staff was friendly None of the plugs upstairs near the beds had correct adaptors facility so we had to charge phones downstairs

Super clean! Loved that. And the location was ok, not a lot of views inside the property but close to a beautiful Cala I didn’t love that there was no one to welcome you, and that they have a policy in which they charge you extra if you don’t wash and store away all the dishes that you use. They also have a policy that says that you have to take all of the house's trash bags and dump it in the big garbage cans on the street.

The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had good showers with plenty of hot water. The travel cot was also very good with a full mattress. No kettle or bottle opener. We were provided with both after asking but the kettle was very poor, cracked and made the water taste disgusting. We started boiling water in the one saucepan that we had. One saucepan is tricky when you have a toddler and no high chair was provided. The sofa was very uncomfortable and overall the whole place was very tired and quite tatty. The pool is a good size but is not heated and was very cold… even the baby pool was cold. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you just want a basic cheap place to get your head down.

Lovely big villa , on quiet complex in the heart of Cala n Forcat . Spotlessly clean & very comfortable . Beds were fab . Ours was 4 bedrooms with a big patio with comfy chairs & table & chairs . Superb location in the heart of everything . 2 bathrooms one ensuite & a downstairs toilet . Basic utility’s in kitchen . Ie microwave , mini oven , no washing machine , no kettle . Small 2 ring stove top . No English channels on the Tv except D max . Nice pool - might be but small in the summer but we had it practically to ourselves . Kitchen Ok to do toast , eggs , noodles etc . Could cook easily for 2 . Family’s might be a push . Staff were excellent , grounds well cared for . Cleaners very hard working but be aware no cleaning mid week . We were fine bought extra towels . We had a great stay & would stay again . My only complaint ! Could have been a kettle to make life easier for us tea hungry brits .

Quiet. Close to restaurants. Close to supermarkets. Scruffy kitchen. Not enough equipment for self catering. No information on surrounding area. No information on using safe. Patio furniture very scruffy. Cushions missing etc. couldn’t get in pool as no handrail which was essential for us.

Very good

We had a really great stay here. The villas had everything we needed and were right by the pool. Reception were extremely helpful in providing tips and recommendations etc. There is a supermarket right across the road and 4 different beaches within 15 mins walking. Would definitely recommend. Some of the beds were on the firm side. Only some rooms had air conditioning, others were sharing a pedestal fan between 2 single beds. But overall the rooms were very comfortable.

Location was great, close to lovely beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. Pool was nice with plenty of shade available. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly and provided a kettle, extra fan and change of linen when requested. Appartment was clean and good for the 2 weeks that we were there for even though cooking facilities were relatively basic. There is a laundrette (self service) close by on the way to Cala en Forcat beach which was useful. Also bus stop is close by which wakes you straight into Ciutadella All upstairs bedrooms would benefit from air conditioning as it was only in the master bedroom and downstairs living area. Glasses were a little small, but only a minor issue.

Quiet, convenient location within walking distance of beaches, shops and restaurants. Good size property with enough equipment to cater for breakfast and lunch. Nice pool although quite small. Needs air conditioning in all the upstairs bedrooms not just one. Needs better quality kettle and toaster that don’t constantly trip out the electricity.

WiFi coverage was poor

The location of the apartment was good, close to a few beaches as well as restaurants and bars. Pool and surrounding area are OK, but very little shade. The manager was friendly enough and did book a table for us at a nice restaurant in Ciutadella for my 60th birthday. Many things need to be improved. I informed the management that we would arrive at 6pm, which we did, but no-one was on site to meet us, and we were not told which villa was ours nor where or how to get the keys. Because I had no data I couldn't contact him until I found somewhere that had wifi, so the check-in experience was poor. We were in Villa 6, so this review is specific to that villa. The villa is old and although the upstairs seems to have been refurbished it hasn't been done very well. In the ensuite bathroom the toilet continually filled with water and made a very loud noise, we did tell the manager but nothing was done, so we had to turn off the water supply after each time it was used and turn it back on when we wanted to use it. The toilet seats are too small for the toilets and have not been fitted well and move all over the place. The shower head leaked and didn't fit in the shower fitting, so it either sprayed up high against the back wall or fell off. The fan vibrated excessively when it was on medium/high speed, which resulted in the light bulb fitting falling off and smashing, luckily we were not in the bed at the time. No AC in the spare rooms, which was not expected, as it advertises that there is AC, but obviously does not say that it is only downstairs in the lounge and in the main bedroom, so the other bedrooms get very hot even with fans which resulted in poor nights sleep. We were there for 10 days and there was no cleaning service in that time. The cleaner accidentally left clean sheets and towels outside our villa after 8 days, but then came to retrieve them as they were meant for another villa, but we had already changed our sheets and towels. It is very poor that there was no cleaning service. There is no laundry facilities in the villa, nor in Cale en Blanes, the nearest is in Ciutadella. It would be useful to have something onsite There is no dedicated parking area and you have to hope you can find one near by.

We were allowed to check in earlier than expected via a keybox. The pool was nice and had sunbeds around it for use. The property had a nice patio area and large balcony. Air con was on the ground floor and main bedroom only. The Villa was as described but a bit tired looking, particularly the kitchen. Great location though, and clean. Th villa is described with aircon, but this is on the ground floor and main bedroom only. It gets hot in Menorca and we booked thinking the whole villa was airconditioned. Additionally, there were no fans in the villa for the other bedrooms. Once I had advised this, we were provided with some the following day. The kitchen appears very basic and tired looking. The pool area is nice but there is hardly any shade at all.

Pretty, comfortable and clean. The customer service was exceptionally good, attentive and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. 100% recommended! The kitchen was a bit old but for making coffee and breakfast it was perfect.

The surroundings and the location A little noisy
-
Cool area, easy to find, shops close by, 10 Min supermarket and petrol station and plenty restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely would come back to it. The late check in hours but it is common thing in Spain

If you are looking for somewhere that is clean, comfortable and value for money - Yucas Homes is it. Our villa came equipped with a fully fitted kitchen so we could cook our own meals and there were ample bathrooms and rooms. The villas are right across the road from a supermercado to pick up water, breakfast foods and any other essentials, and also conveniently located a walking distance away from some of the best calas on the island. Not to mention some of the best restaurants - we had an amazing sunset meal at Coral, an incredible cliff-top restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean, which was only a 4 minute walk down the road. Accessible via the back of Yucas is also a path that leads down to a quiet cala (Platja de Cales Piques) where you can lay your beach towel and enjoy the sun and sea - there's also a small beach shack bar where we had the most delicious mango mojitos. Yucas is a simple, sweet place to stay on a budget - it's no nonsense, no fuss and gives you an incredible base to explore the northern part of the island!

Right by the pool. Big! Clean. Needed an updated kitchen.

The villa itself is very nice. One of the staff claimed that the tourist tax we were meant to pay, $22, was wrong and that it should be $66 as we had to pay it for all of the children as well. I foolishly accepted this and paid it. It was only later that I discovered the scam (only children over 16 have to pay it and our kids were all under 16). Managed to get it back but I'd be vary wary about staying here with staff like that.
