Super easy check-in. Lots of luggage carts and easy access. The hotel is on a busy street but it didn't keep us awake. They were very professional and kind. We had biscuits and gravy for breakfast and it was good, as was the coffee.

It stunk. BADLY

Was a nice 5 days

Room smelled like smoke. A prostitute greeted me in the lobby, an adult video store was next door, thought that was like 20 years ago. Had trouble with my card key, manager acted very put out. Worried about my car all night, other than that, all fine.

My only complaints, for things in their control, were that I called for more towels and they never came and where the assist pole was in the shower had a small rusty rod sticking out of the wall. Didn’t like that at all. Not in their control, but something to consider is that getting in and out of the parking lot is not an easy task, google and Apple Maps knows this too and will direct you around the entire block, adding about 5 minutes to your route, just you can come up the street and make a right turn into the lot. Cause even though the entrance to the freeway is RIGHT THERE, there’s like a 5% chance you actually get to make into that lane. Again, not in their control, I know, just something to consider. Otherwise, not bad for the price and the staff is very friendly!

The blankets had cigarette burn holes in them. We reported it to the front desk, they said they are 100% smoke free but no one listens to it and all the blankets had the holes in them. The hotel smelt like cigarettes and it had a uncomfortable feel about it. We stayed only one night and left as fast as possible. Only good thing is Fred Meyers store is right across the street if you need anything.

Good service and room clean

Rooms were very clean, staff very friendly, and we felt safe walking outside.

Hair in the shower on the walls. Old blankets and curtains. Both have obvious holes. Smells like an old smoking room. Lights without bulbs. You could put a whole hand under the door. Towels for shower with basically large hand towels. Mattress lumpy. The front desk attendant was very helpful and nice though and they do have parking. If youre needing to use the place, it works just fine.

Room smelled terrible, sink was backed up. Very few options for continental breakfast.

Free self parking on the premises was great! Property is dated, but clean and well maintained. Room was quiet and close to both downtown Portland and the Mount Hood recreational area.

Great place, nice staff, good location
-
Staff was amazing. Elevator smells like smoke, though its stated its a non smoking property. Breakfast options are extremely limited.

Warning stay away. Gross. Homeless people everywhere. Blankets had cigarettes burn holes when I asked for other i was told too bad that's all we have. We are struggling. Maybe I need to stay elsewhere. Adult book store next store. Rude people . Stay away negative stars if I could. I left. Rest of the people we had scheduled to come the rest of the weekend also canceled.

Carpet in the room was so dirty and paint on it plus paint splatters on the wall… shower curtain was torn and could not get the bathwater to turn all the way off… brought us a hairdryer since there was none in the room and it would not work. I have stayed in hotels for some 30 years in this ranks is one of the worst!!

Some large items missed by cleaning staff ( a bag of nuts, part of a hair shaver, a dirty sock, and a bag of insulin needles!!! ) Bathroom moldy. Other safety concerns included wall art with broken glass and the grab bar in the shower not anchored on one end! First fridge didn’t work; had to be changed out. Kudos to young man who checked us in and attended us so well in the evening. Breakfast was okay; no protein. Parking was easy. Took time to explain concerns to manager in the morning but he was very abrupt and seemed uninterested in customer satisfaction.

You do not want to stay here. We checked for bed bugs before daring to even sit on the bed. After showering we put the towels on the floor to walk on them if we didn't have our flip flops on. It was such a hot day, we were excited to use the pool. When we walked down to it and look in we immediately turned and left. We didn't even want to know what was floating all over the surface. Lights in the room didn't work, we had to throw our bodies into the door three times to get the door to open, there was a bad smell filling the room, it appeared to have big chucks of mold growing on the wall, there was a huge hole in the wall with electrical things dangling out of it, used mini bottles of shampoo and body wash that we didn't dare touch, mysterious carpet stains, unidentified substance on the television remote control. The positive thing was the location and ease to 205. That's it. Please don't subject yourself to this place.

no microwave, beds were incredibly uncomfortable, tile in the bathroom wasn’t caulked together, stains all over carpet and baseboards, ac kept making a loud noise, plumbing was connected to the room next to us so we could hear the next door guests showering. doors slammed so loudly, our keys didn’t work for our room at 10 pm when we still had one night left, they don’t do any housekeeping unless you request it, right next to highway so you can hear all the crazy drivers all night, pool was right next to the street, outlets falling out of the wall, picture on the wall had broken chard out of the glass, when we got to our room i went to the bathroom and the roll on the holder was pretty much empty and folded over so they didn’t give us a fresh one on the holder and that’s just nasty. never would recommend this hotel to anybody and they clearly falsely advertised because when i looked back at the photos of the hotel on expedia the pictures looked nothing like what we got/saw at the property. the breakfast they provided was stale biscuits, hot cake pancake machine that tasted like card board, yogurt and oatmeal.
