Motel 6 Claremont, CA

The room was clean and comfortable, the property looked good. Staff was very accommodating.

The rooms are very spacious but they are terrible as far as painting fixing cleaning crusted cracks on the walls not really too good the bathrooms are bad no good water pressure in the shower graffiti on certain areas in the restroom the orange curtains they have to go they are terrible they should replace those the outside of the building looks better than the inside of the building some rooms are better than others but all together they need to do some remodeling this is an old motel they've been around it's a family business motel the family actually lives at the motel so I just feel sometimes for the money that they charge they can start doing some remodeling if they did some remodeling the hotel will be great is next to the freeway next to shopping but you want to feel like you're getting your money's worth overall it just seems like a lazy job me and my children have stayed here several times but this year I decided not to stay anymore they are not going to do any cleaning up or remodeling to the rooms oh yeah and the guy Sammy that works there he's an ass very rude the rest of the staff is very nice especially Frankie

Terrible. There were roaches crawling everywhere, and smashed roaches on the wall and floors. It does not looked like the rooms were cleaned in a long time or at all. The sink was cracked as well as the shower. Our family arrived late in the evening, so we were all extremely tired. I couldn’t sleep and wanted to make sure I didn’t see any rodents or roaches trying to get into our luggage and bags. The kids got to sleep and as soon as the sun started to rise we left. I would have asked for a refund but what was that- but I didn’t bother we just wanted to get out of there.

Bring your own shampoo and slippers. Don't get a room downstairs coz you will hear everything.

Ample parking, room was good size with a refrigerator/freezer which was nice as I was staying multiple days, and a good size microwave. I have stayed at many motel 6 and all are very accommodating to dogs which is one of the main reasons I stay here, this one was not. They had most areas that seem naturally accommodating for dogs blocked off or signage saying no dogs. The areas where dogs were allowed were small and far from the hotel rooms and they did not supply refuse bags. The room aeemed larger because there were no dresser or desk. There was a table with an bench seat and a chair. TV sellection was basically digital TV with nothing extra . Lots of sports, religion and cartoons but not much else. The bed was just hard and hard on the back. I will not stay here again .

Worst experience ever! DO NOT STAY HERE! staff is so rude. The phone in the room didn’t work and they do not answer your phone calls at the front desk and when they finally do (after several attempts)they are extremely rude.Definitely not safe for a family to stay here.Don't be fooled by the photos the rooms are not as nice as the photographs. The room was dirty and smelled.If I can give 0 stars I would!!

Make sure washers and dryer works

Worst experience it started off OK went to the receptionist table. 2 of my guests forgot their ID. That is our fault. We take that into consideration, but this first guy said it was OK and only listed me with my ID and one of my guess who walked in with me she did not have her ID just listed her name. We tried to call our other two guests from outside one had an ID one only had a picture of his ID and the guy at the reception table said it was OK so they were not added to the list of people first night we stayed everything was OK. The second night we come back to the hotel. The key cards aren’t working. I take one of my guests with me to go get another key card. This one was the one that had an ID but didn’t go in with me so wasn’t listed. This is a new guy at the counter. He asks for our IDs, then asks why he is not listed we tell him the story, of course more into detail. He goes back-and-forth with me print out a picture of what I signed, saying I knew I had to report all my guests, but I told him why did the first guy at the reception table say it was OK with just me and my friend and she didn’t have an ID either he just manually put in her name. He kept interrupting me said he wasn’t gonna give us the key card. I said if we can get our stuff out, he said he’s gonna kick us out. I said why do you have to say it like that? I am requesting to check out we kept going back-and-forth a little more.Long story short he let us stay but I was uncomfortable so we checked out anyway

Room wrecked of smoke. There was mold in the room. Not family friendly at all.

The customer service was good. They were flexible when the first room didn't work out. They also accomodated our change of plans. The facility exterior was pretty well maintained. Our room was dated and a little un-kempt with dusty floors and stained restroom.

Thanks guys see you next year

Plenty of close by food options and good location with easy access to highway and where we needed to go.

The guy with long hair working the front desk during the day was the Type of person I wish worked at every motel. He was helpful and friendly and gave me no problems getting my room. Thanks bro

Clean hotel 6 area had dennys McDonald right in front of hotel Starbucks felt safe but no coffee no iron you give to put $20 cash down for an old iron no ironing board for the price at quick night to sleep had nice pool
