Brand new hotel. Rooms were clean & designed well. My one complaint was the toilet paper. Very cheap for the quality of the hotel.

Honestly one of the best options for a hotel in Claremont. The staff was super nice and helpful. I had an issue with the air conditioner in the room and they fixed it within minutes. The breakfast was also really good and they have a parking structure so my car was safe.

I stayed at the Residence Inn for 4 days 3 nights. It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was super clean the staff was very friendly. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the young man that was working the breakfast was very helpful.

Lovely! Clean. Newly renovated. Very comfy bed and sheets. Well-appointed room. Fresh hot breakfast with several choices. Definitely stay there again!

Employees were so helpful. I was having some trouble with my cards but they were able to troubleshoot and get me into my room. Everything was clean, quiet. Only thing which the hotel has no control over was the freeway noise.

So dirty. Staff so rude.

The room was old, maintenance not updated. The glass door lock was broken, overall everything was old. The continental breakfast was bread for toast, cereal and coffee. Appears people living there, adults loitering, kids running the halls. TERRIBLE!

The hotel was not clean and it was smelly

We had a room at the far end, and our key cards did not work in the outside gate. We had to get the manager to let us in one night, and he replaced the key cards, but they still did not work.

Hotel was old and dated but, clean. Didnt spend much time there. Just for sleeping and shower. The TV was extremely difficult to understand and operate, maddening.

They had holes in the walls, sticky stains on the carpet, cigarette burns on the blankets, moldy bathrooms, thin pillows, bouncy beds, melted heaters, tape to keep curtains closed, and management was horribly rude.

The hotel is run down, the grounds aren't kept up. The room was dirty and smelly, there were cigarette burns in the blanket the tub was old and dirty looking. This hotel needs a serious upgrade and remodel. It was nasty and I'll never stay there agai

The hotel staff is very rude we're not accommodating and called the police on me because I had my brother stay the night and was kicked out and i only stayed 1 night and the rest of the nights I booked we're not refunded because the hotel did ny agree e.
