The staff was incredibly helpful and so kind! The beds were comfy and the continental breakfast was yummy. Very convenient location while traveling on the road!

We had to switch rooms shortly after checking into our first room (1st-floor Accessible King). The entryway and bathroom floors were sticky and dirty, a used washcloth was left hanging over the shower rod, the bottom shower seal was torn, and the room felt cold and damp. The front desk moved us to a second room (3rd-floor King), which appeared cleaner initially, though the room remained noticeably humid and the pillows were worn out. However, the most concerning issue occurred when we discovered a bed bug nymph. We placed the insect in a bag, took photos, and reported it to the staff. To management's credit, the staff handled the situation professionally, apologized sincerely, and issued a full refund without hesitation. While we appreciate the prompt customer service, the cleanliness and pest control issues need immediate, thorough attention.

Everything was amazing. Room was clean, very quiet location, parking was good and very friendly staff, and the breakfast was off the chain. Will definitely return.

The facility was very clean. Check in was quick and their employee was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and was set up to be very comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with towels, soap and shampoo. There was coffee service that was available 24hours and a restaurant section in the lobby area that included a bar. A complimentary ticket for breakfast was included with the room and the food selections were better than most other motels we have experianced. We would most definately recommend this motel to any travelers that are going to be in the area. We plan on visiting again and this will definately be a "go-to" for our trip.

The loading carts are pathetic for even two suitcases and fell off several times just getting to our room. The first several times I went to the front desk no one was there and I had to yell, with no bell there. The bed was great, but the shower was amazing. The best water pressure I have ever had in a 1000 stays!

The room had carpet and a moist mildew smell. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The bathroom shower leaked water halfway out onto the bathroom floor.
