Hotel Cabana Clearwater Beach

Very close to the beach walking distance was amazing the place had a pool and ice machine in quite quaint

Overall our stay was amazing. Everything was super clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. We were, however. “Offered an upgrade” halfway through our stay due to a maintenance issue, but it was presented as an “opportunity to upgrade” which required we move everything to a different room 30 minutes before we were leaving for a full afternoon snorkel tour. I would have preferred the actual truth as my travel partner would have been much more amenable to that… All would have been fine if left here, but the tvs were not reset to our departure date so after midnight the 2 nights we were in our upgraded room, we were not able to use any TV at all due to their setup. We were incredibly disappointed but did not want to disturb the hosts at that time. So overall great with some disappointing parts. 9/10 recommend. Would return.

We like retro motels and so this was right up our alley. Well maintained and friendly staff. Recently renovated and was well done. Very easy walk to the beach.

The staff Maddy and Jenna were great Not really a very good location

This property is so deceiving. It’s nothing like what their pictures show. Plus they say they have lights that go around the pool for night time to set the atmosphere. They don’t even have any lights up anywhere. This is a hole in the wall. They use filters to make their place look inviting. Will never go back.

Maintenance came through in the morning and did another makeshift fix on the bed. Good luck to anyone who gets room 12 in the future.

The unit was very clean. It was a very short distance to walk to the beach.. the place was very cozy. We enjoyed staying there and hopefully we’ll be back soon. The two women we interacted with for the units were so friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, but the bathroom needs some updating specifically the sink. The sink is super small that when you wash your face the water is all over the floor. It’s a mini sink. Horrible. Will not go back to that hotel again.

Bed and room was extremely clean and comfortable. The check in processes was horrible. Two days prior to checking in we received a door code with no door number. We found the place easy enough even though there are 2 buildings. Once at the location at 9am I realized I did not have a room number as it is self check in after 5pm. I called the number provided with no luck. I left 2 messages no one returned my call. I knocked on a couple of doors to ask for help the guest were very nice. One lady said she had the opposite problem and had a door number and no code. They gave me the same number to call as I already had. By 11pm we were going to give up when I checked my emails one more time and found a different number to call, I finally got a person to give me a door number. I let the day manager know what happened. 2 nights later I found 4 people out outside the building at 11pm in the same situation they had been waiting 3 hours, I gave them the number I had called and they finally got their room number. I again told the day person what had happened, and suggested that maybe they leave the number of the night people on the door, this time she was rude and annoyed with me. I would not recommend booking this condo through a third party sight until this issue is corrected.

When we first arrived there was a bit of a mixup at check in but one phone call and it was fixed immediately, with the staff going above and beyond. We had such a cute room, I loved the beach vibes and the pool area was super welcoming. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Room was sparkly clean, easy code entry. Parking was as promised. Outside area of our rooms had multiple filled cardboard boxes stacked up. A little unsightly. Very short walk to the beach, maybe 2 min. We enjoyed our stay, just a little organizing and cleaning up around outside it would be perfect!

I planned a surprise birthday party for my husband and the staff were beyond accommodating and went so far above for everyone we brought with us! Cabana Suite 14 was recently remodeled and was perfect has the best beachside vibe, a block from the beach and courtyard to the pool! Thank you again for an amazing weekend and we will be back again soon!!!

My wife at thangiving time . I came here and walked on the beach . And instantly knew that I was really sad back home. Jenna help me with every question I asked . She helped me with my phone. I didn’t bring my dog . And they allow dogs on north Clearwater beach
