Tropical Palms Hotel

Though the room itself was comfortable. It was clean, spacious and I enjoyed its modern layout. I loved my concert experience in Tampa, therefore willing this hotel's prices stay convenient and reasonable, I'd love to stay here again. I also loved how it was close to many dining in options.

Need more frequent house cleaning. Not enough house cleaning trips.

Nice hotel clean, but the staff was terrible. I had to extend the light because I was out of work trip, they wanted me to check out, check back in and give them another $200 security deposit. It's a work trip, I'm not there to party. I was there to work they wanted to hold $400 to my money. The staff there needs to be more competent they were understaffed.There was a line of people waiting at the desk while the only employee was in the bathroom twenty minutes in the bathroom at least it was clean

I would've given this hotel a 5 star.But due to the staff , i'm gonna give it a two it's unfortunate cause it's a nice place.Just incompetent workers

The the staff was really nice and accommodating, the location is really good 2 They was doing remodeling or something it made the hotel kinda look run down. It also seemed like a family was staying in the lobby ‍♂️

NOTHING I dont like the smell of cat urine in the room. Then when asking for a new one, it wasn't any better. We had to spend an extra 200 on a completely different hotel in the area and you want to give me $11 credit?? Thats absurd

The whole staff was extremely kind to me and knew of my disability and went out of their way to help me. Thank you to everyone. May God bless you

Front desk staff is awesome and the housekeeping people including the maintenance man are also amazing need to work on the upper management but it should not affect your stay highly recommend convenient newer hotel close to the airport another amenities Buffalo recommends it

Staffing rooms are okay. We're doing construction in front of the building and the dumpsters in the back and on their trips back and forth there's lots of screws I had three flat tires actually four but the same one twice causing me a lot of time labor and not to the mention the money

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, elegant, classy and on the high end of luxury as far as aesthetic goes and that’s to say the least, would recommend this hotel 10/10

The hotel is being renovated and the rooms are new and it is close to a lot of places to get food. My Experience at This Hotel — Very Disappointing I normally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience because there were several issues during my stay that made me extremely uncomfortable and ultimately caused me to leave. From the beginning, I had repeated problems with my reservation. I had reserved and paid for several nights, but I repeatedly had to go to the front desk to get the reservation issues corrected. One of the biggest concerns was that the maintenance man entered my room multiple times while I was inside. This made me extremely uncomfortable and was one of the reasons I no longer felt comfortable staying in that room. I also did not feel comfortable keeping the blinds open during the day because people were walking by and could see inside. The situation became even more frustrating when I had already paid for additional nights but was not allowed to check back in. I had paid for the stay and expected to have access to the room, but I was not permitted to return to the room. I then tried to resolve the situation and receive a refund for the nights I had paid for but did not stay. Unfortunately, the manager was not at the hotel when I needed to speak with him. I was told I would have to wait until he arrived later that evening before I could get my refund. I could not wait around for hours, so I left. I booked through Booking.com, and I want to be fair and make clear that Booking.com did its part to assist me. My issue is with the way the hotel management handled the situation. I paid for nights that I ultimately did not stay, and I am still dealing with the fact that the manager did not resolve the refund directly with me when I was at the property. Overall, this was a very stressful and uncomfortable experience.
