We were out in a room that had ants all over the window and AC. Elevator did not work I have bad back had to climb 3 flights of stairs. Not very clean rugs in hallways were dirty AC was loud just NOT a place I will stay again

The attendent that works 3rs shift over night never answers the phone. She was unhelpful when we had an issue some one had to come help her. Day shift attendent at the desk was just rude. The facility was decent.

I leave the property at 3Am , strong smell at cigarette in my room, I can't sleep. The person in charge don't give me any choice. Only say sorry.
