I would have liked a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival please.

I came here after I walked left the Fairfield across the street. I could smell mold at the Marriot Fairfield. They were kind enough to refund me. When I came here to Home 2 Hilton they were warm and welcoming and very accommodating to ensure I had a good stay. The GM went out of his way to assist me after I made an error with my reservation. Everything was clean and neat. There were lots of options for breakfast regardless of what dietary choice you have. It is located next to a few restaurants that are in walking distance. The guests were very orderly. I would definitely recommend.

Parking Safe and easy. Rooms decent, shower could have been a bit cleaner. Curtains torn. overall not too bad. Nice layout of room.

Secure parking, rooms are top tier clean, staff are very kind and respectful. We enjoyed the breakfast for a family of 7. We also had a blast in the pool which are available up to 10 pm.

Great location and a great breakfast. Would definitely stay again if I were in the area.

The first room was dirty. I asked the front desk when last the room was cleaned, they said that same day. Let’s just say the pictures I took would state otherwise. The second room was also not very clean but one of the beds was clearly broken, two metal rods were sticking out from under the bed on one side and when my husband went on the bed to check it, it completely collapsed on the other side straight down to the floor. Which makes me wonder, when the room was being cleaned and the beds being made, there is no way the housekeeping staff could miss that. Apart from that, the staff was apologetic and polite and tried their best to help us. Finally the third room was fairly decent. It was noted that I wanted to speak to a manager but during my stay, no manager reached out to me which was disappointing. Despite all of that, the water pressure in the shower was very good and the options for breakfast were good. The young lady working in the breakfast area was pleasant and helpful.

It is truly regrettable.

Buffet breakfast was sufficient to start the day. Special thanks to Maggie, who helped us check in on 6/17. She's very polite & efficient in her duties as a front desk staff. We will certainly come back to this hotel again.

Very good place

The suite was exactly what we needed. Spacious, well designed, everything was spot on.

The breakfast is very basic nothing special but still ok.
