WoodSpring Suites Orlando West - Clermont

I had the reservation and when I was never told that arrival after 10 pm, front desk is closed. My flight was delayed and when I arrived at 1 am, nobody was around and when I called the 2 numbers they said to call..for an hour and a half, never had any response and was left stranded in the small entrance. I ended up having to go to a whole different hotel. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The floor was super sticky and dirty the upstairs people like they were moving furniture all night and day very thin floors and noisy beds was uncomfortable just people outside everywhere smoking . It’s a mess and i will never stay at another woodpring. Dislike up above

Ridiculously overpriced for what little there was (no breakfast or pool). Rude staff. Lobby bathroom downstairs was always locked, with no explanation. There were not enough towels in the room (only had one, but 3 people in the room) and when I told them, they told me I had to come down in an hour to get them myself. One of the beds didn't have any pillows, so we had to ask for that too. WiFi was broke for a long while, which was very annoying because I couldn't do my remote work on the laptop, and when it finally came back on, they had a ridiculous login system that was limited to only one device per room. Found cockroaches in the bathroom and hallway. Only bars of soap (no shampoo or body wash).

It was peaceful and quiet Not enough towels. And bathroom light wasn't working. They fixed it but it messed up again

Had no clean towels in our room . Showered went to grabb the towel and their wasnt one.. The room smelled like bug spray horribly.

For stay one night is good, pillows very uncomfortable, we asked for towels, just one on the room and the other ones they gave us were dirty they need new towels and pillows for sure. I forgot my suitcase no body called me, I realized I don’t have it and when I call they told me they got it, the rest was good

The staff was amazing, particularly the Asian lady at the front desk. My only gripe would be with the lack of fresh towels as well as the shower needing an update. All things considered, it was a fair stay for the price.

Price, didn’t have to go far for food. Smell, a/c didn’t work too well.

Massive pest problem, we needed to leave the hotel and booked a different one in the middle of the night. we still haven't received a refund. No way to contact the property. This place is a dump
