g out at the pool until 11:00 and early morning g in hot weather because some people consider this to be quite time for adults to say our time before the kids wake up. We would like to say our time .we sometime need this just to relax before the trip.think about iplease.

When I was looking for hotels for our trip we wanted a swimming pool our first hotel was amazing!!! Got to our second destination in Cleveland, TN, hotel clarion had a pool but unfortunately the water was green the whole 2 days I had it for, we did not get to enjoy it, very disappointing and I let the clerk at desk know all he did was apologize. So needless to say probably would not stay there again.

The first room we were assigned was very musty and damp. Attendant said it was because it was by the outdoor pool. We got a room far away from the pool and it was also musty and damp.

We were very pleased with our stay at this property Our room was clean and comfortable, the property was quiet, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel recently, and we enjoyed our morning meal. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The room looked clean but there was hair in the bed and the two rooms I booked both smelt very poor and out side the rooms also smelt like urine it was fowl. The toilet paper holder was coming out the wall and the toilet barely flushed. Pictures online made the place seem pretty nice and it was very disappointing after arriving.

The only thing is the towel limitation, everything else was perfect.

I really can't say good enough things about this place. It is not a 5 star establishment. But it is really nice for where it is located. The staff is extremely friendly. I absolutely adored the guy behind the front desk. He was very welcoming and I noticed that he was very sweet to all of his customers. The place is clean. The pool look good. My kids enjoyed it. I enjoyed it.
