Thankful for hardwood floors. Was cleaner than I anticipated. Like the air until was able to be set on a fan setting to run (for noise). Bathroom on the smaller side, but to be expected for the layout of the room.

It was a bit dated I think or that was just color choices.Off the beaten path but not far from I75. Area seemed a bit sketchy. Although, I took the dog out at 1130 pm and all was fine and quiet.

Very clean. Location was great. 5 min to everything. Staff very nice. Daily room cleaning. Great value. Not one thing

Pleasantly surprised, best hotel for the price i have seen in a while. I was a little skeptical with the low price but ratings were good so i gave it a shot. It is a older hotel but inside was clean and very well kept. I was very well pleased with the cleanliness of the room, bathroom was very clean floors were shinny and polished! Any trip back to the area this is my new go to. Guy at night at the front desk was very helpful and the lady the next morning was pleasant and nice. No complaints here. Even a cook stove in the room? Didn't release that lol Nothing other than the coffee was not in the room to make. We went just around the corner to the waffle house anyway so no matter.

My husband left his watch in the room and it was a Christmas present. The staff called and sent it UPS to us. Can't thank them enough.

If you are looking for a basic affordable and safe place to stay this is it. Not fancy but the beds were very comfortable, and the location was great.

Maybe needed a new chair at the desk in the room. That one was pretty worn out.

Had a kitchenette, it was clean, the beds were new and comfortable. The owners were friendly. Great location! Absolutely nothing at all to not like.

For a bit after a 9 hour drive before coming back up and taking care of The check in Once computers were back up and running. Very lovely people. Room as described, beds very comfortable. Small kitchenette good size room and there is a Waffle house and gas station and walking distance Loved having the little kitchenette but no dishes and rooms non smoking Which is great, but everybody was outside smoking. So we couldn't use air conditioner, can't control your surroundings.lol

Stayed for one night for a softball tournament with my two kids. location was good (lots of restaurants nearby and across the street), room was clean, AC was cold. Didn’t drive up and see a bunch of people hanging around outside which is usually a red flag for me. The couple who runs it was friendly. Would stay here again if ever we found ourselves needing a room in Cleveland, TN.
