Very clean and staff was wonderful!

The welcome is always sincere, the reception area is bright and airy, and the rooms are consistently incredibly clean. During our most recent check-in, Sydney was immensely sweet and helpful. After a long drive, her warm and welcoming attitude was exactly what we needed and made for a delightful arrival. It is clear that the hotel takes pride in creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for its guests, and that consistency is what keeps us coming back.

Our room did not have any conditioner (which we noticed the first night). I told the front desk the next morning and they made a note of it and said they would get it filled. We got back to our room that night at 9:17pm and our room keys did not work. Went back down to the front desk and no one was there. I waited and started looking around the area and didn’t see anyone. I finally said “Hello!” loudly and still nothing. Then said it again and someone came out from the back. I told them our room cards didn’t work and they just asked what room and reprogrammed them. No apology. Went back to the room and it had not been cleaned, beds not made, and the conditioner was not filled. We were too tired to go back down, but this was not the quality of service I have come to expect from this hotel chain. Will not be staying at this hotel location again.

The TV needs more channels to choose from. That cable package sucks.

Did not like the open shower. Water everywhere! The luggage carts were difficult to manage.
