IF YOU BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA OR ANY ORHER THIRD PARTY AND DECIDE TO CHECK OUT EARLY YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED!!!! Found this out the hard way. Needed to return to FL due to work and instead of staying 3 nights only stayed 2. Front desk person, Heather, told me over the phone that I “should have texted them to let them know I was leaving earlier”. Hence they close the front office at 5pm on Sat and Sun. I left after time on Saturday. Plus I don’t NEED to do anything. I had to leave and dropped off keys at the box provided for checking out after hours. This bit of information should be disclosed to guests prior to booking. Period. Will never stay here again. Sneaky and Rude.

We stayed here for one night as a stop on a long trip. The room and staff were great! The rooms all have full kitchens and the beds were so comfortable I’m trying to figure what mattresses they use to replace mine. Highly recommend!

Room was dirty, towels had brown stains and the bed uncomfortable. Customer service is very bad. Would not recommend to anyone.

We stayed for a week. We loved it. The room was spacious. The sofa converted into a sofa bed which wasn’t as comfortable but still useful. The kitchen was equipped with a 4 burner stove and a huge fridge. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again.

Elevator had issues, had to go up to 2nd floor to bring it down to first floor. Water outside room on floor all three days ???

I liked how it looked like a little apartment. I didn't really need 2 beds, but it was very comfortable. I wish these apartments were in Dayton Ohio. I visit there every year and would love to stay in one there. The bathtub was very slippery for taking a shower and had no hold bars. This was not the fault of the hotel, but the person/people in the next room were very loud. It sounded like they were trying to come through the wall. They kept hitting or throwing things. It got a little frightening at one point.

Rooms extremely clean

I liked that it was near Target to buy any last minute essentials. It was clean and I felt safe. It could of had soap at the bathroom sink.

Good area. I was able to walk to Target and everything was a quick drive away. I liked how there was a dishwasher, fridge, and laundry room. Perfect for a multiple-night stay. The toilet was not working as expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. Just a little bit annoying. I just didn’t have time to mention it to the staff but if I did I bet they would fix it right away!

It was a great room for the price. Nicely divided room where privacy in bedroom could be had from main sitting area. My only frustration was no instructions on how to take advantage of the wifi so I just hotspotted off my cell, plus the wifi is open and not secure and you need a VPN to be safe.

Location and staff were great - the GM is on her game and takes care of me every time I stay - can’t beat it for the price For the price - nothing comes to mind

The staff is always great and friendly! my boyfriend drove all night from Florida, they let us check in early which was such a relief for him to rest.

This is our second time staying here and it’s a great location and an excellent price. While there’s no breakfast or pool, the rooms are HUGE so comfortable for families with older kids. You can cook in your room and there’s so much room for everyone to relax and stretch out.

Clean, great location Elevator slow, laundry was full (no one picked their clothes up after the finished), no one on duty, guests next to us smoked weed all night and we could get high in our room

Rooms were very nice and relaxing and the staff was amazing!!!
