Be very careful with this place; they are irresponsible. I booked a stay one day before arriving—choosing it as a halfway point on my trip from Florida to Michigan—only to arrive and find a sign on the front desk door telling me to call a number because the manager wasn't available. When I called, the manager calmly told me, "I'm sorry, I can't put you in a room, but it's not a problem; just call your third-party booking service and they'll rebook you." Annoyed and shocked, I thought he was joking, but he insisted: "It might seem like a hassle, but it's simple—just call your third-party provider and they'll relocate you." That’s when I realized it was a dishonest establishment; I couldn't believe the owners allowed this kind of situation. I thanked God, though, because I put the pieces together—it had seemed suspicious that the sign on the door said "Lincoln Hotel," and when I checked the Google reviews, they were terrible. DO NOT BOOK HERE. It looks like a hotel for homeless people—and I have nothing against that, but guests should be warned, and booking should be at one's own risk; the way they operate, it just feels like a place where you're throwing your money away.

Nothing never got to stay took payment and everything The fact they took my money had booking.com or them have answered me

That was great. The property was being renovated, but was not clean. There was dried spaghetti on the desk. The TV did not work. There was no remote control. There was no toilet paper in the room. It was a late check-in and I could not get staff after no toilet paper was discovered the place has potential but right now currently not a good stay.

This must be the absolute worst hotel service in America if I could give this score a real score I'd give it a -100 never in my life have I dealt with such rude service, we arrive at check-in time just to be told they have no rooms and my whole reservation goes by and I still haven't even had my refund processed yet and still no rooms available. This place has had no occupancy for 2 days and hotels.com you tell me I have to wait an additional 2 days. We're not allowed to check in due to mistakes made by the hotel staff who apparently don't understand how to use a 3rd party booking service. Hello!!! If you run out of rooms due to MAINTENANCE ISSUES IT'S IMPERATIVE TO COMMUNICATE THIS WITH SAID 3RD PARTY SERVICE SO THEY DON'T ALLOW PEOPLE TO CONTINUE BOOKING AND PAYING FOR ROOMS THAT AREN'T THERE. YOU'RE IN THE DAMN HOSPITALITY BUSINESS FOR CHRIST SAKE!!! I've spoken with the people on the property twice now and they still have no rooms to this Day and I was supposed to have checked out at 11:00 a.m. this morning so not only do I hope this hotel never has another customer but I also hope you lose customers hotels.com for the way you guys have handled this issue! My refund won't be processed for another 24-48 hours which means I may not get my money back for another week on a trip I had to pay for a whole new hotel already! Did you guys wait a week to take my money??? No you didn't! Shame on you guys!

When I got there, I was told there were no rooms available and they wouldn’t work with Expedia to give me a refund!

Office was dark, locked and had no vacancy signs plastered all over the windows and doors. That didn't stop Hotels.com from selling me a nonexistent room anyway. Now they want to penalize me for "canceling" the worthless room I was sold. I had been driving for 16 hours and found myself having to try to find another hotel last minute late at night. Hotels.com wants to argue with me and stated they were unable to get a hold of anyone at the property to verify. Speaks volumes about Hotels.com. They sell nonexistent rooms in fully booked hotels and are then unable to communicate with those same hotels they represent, and somehow, that's my fault and I'm penalized by them. Avoid these OYO hotels and Hotels.com com at all costs. There are better options out there. I learned my lesson the hard way.
