We had a nice stay. There's a pool and a hot tub in SPA-zone. A lot of public parkings in neighborhood. Good breakfast.

Staff were friendly and nice, pool area was fantastic, wish we used it more. There was no hot water for a day but resolved quickly and it was welcome due the heatwave. Rooms were cleaner and had fresh towels daily. Location was good buses and metro only 10 to 15 minutes away by foot. Breakfast was great too plenty of choice. The blonde lager was bitter and had floating bits in it

Bed was comfortable. Reasonably good locale, near very good restaurants and transit. Staff had gluten free bread for me to be able to make toast with. Fairly quiet. Friendly attentive staff, worked around my language barrier. They did hold something for me in their fridge overnight which they were not obliged to do. :) Had a water dispenser you could access anytime so you could fill bottles, it was ice cold, this is important in the summer!! Check in was one hour late. Had to pre-book pool for a liniited, specific time, so I never did. Breakfast had NO fresh fruit available on either of 2 days I stayed there. The other options were good though. Had to step into a narrow tub to shower. Carpets on floors. The room had an unpleasant deodorizer smell on arrival, too perfumey for me but it did dissipate over time. Tiny lounge/waiting area. Had to request ice at front desk, could not obtain yourself.

- not too far from at St Ouen Station, literally like a 10 min walk - the staff are very helpful and always available regardless of what time of the day it is - plenty of good food shops and corner shops around - could have more equipment in the gym available - pool was very cold - i had to keep going to the main desk because my keycard stopped working.

Comfortable, clean and quiet that you don’t hear the cars outside. Staff were very accommodating too. The spa was perfect. There was no fridge in the room.

Great location , Rooms are clean and cosy but the AC does not work . So it’s a bit warm Breakfast was meh but not the worst still managed to fill the belly before heading out
