Close to subway, find out 2-3 cafes plus markets around hotel! Not clean more also ventilation is not good!

The location of the hotel was wonderful and breakfast was a plus. The breakfast staff was exceptional and the male housekeeper was amazing. The female housekeeper cleaned the room, nut removed the towel and replaced two towels with one, she also removed our key card twice - the second time she took the entire key and we returned to a mildly humid room after walking around in 91° weather. One of the nights, we attempted to contact the front office and no one answered.

The hotel is great. It has excellent room service. The location is very good and close to the most important points in Paris. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant is very good. The deposit of 200 Euros for my credit card. This hotel charges me that amount, and I don't like it.

The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was well equipped, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was convenient with easy access to central Paris and public transport. Overall, a very pleasant stay. There was very little to dislike.

It was welcomed, and all the staff very kind also the food, the room, the location, everything great. If you need a comfort stay in Paris just choose this hotel. My daughter has birthday and the staff prepared a wonderful surprise for her. Thank you so much. See you next time.

One of the best things is the late check-out at 14.00 for free. Is a deposit for 50 euro per adult per night.

Breakfast was great with a good variety. The lady making the omelettes was very nice and pleasant. The front desk was very receptive. The disappointing thing about our stay was lack of good working ac in the rooms on an extremely hot day. We had requested ac be fixed when heading out,when we got back, there were black stains on the sheets, towels and in the tub. Apparently, the person who fixed the ac made the mess and never cleaned it up. The manager came in around 11pm to tidy up but certainly not a good first impression.

The worst hotel & staff ever

The staff were quite rude when we asked for cutleries to be sent to our room. They refused and told us to go down to get them ourselves because they said there weren’t enough staff in the hotel. That was disappointing and not the level of service we expected. We had to change severals room , the shower wasn't working well , water was coming down from the ceilling as soon as we opened it
