The property was on a great location for us, it was a walking distance from work The staff we INCREDIBLY rude. Part of why we were interested in the property is the restaurant/lobby area advertised on their IG as newly refurbished and advertised in the pictures on this page. On 2 occasions we used the lobby to meet with people, at 1pm when the place was empty, on both occasions we were screamed at by the female receptionist that this place was only for breakfast use, despite the fact that this is actually mentioned nowhere, and we would have had zero problem purchasing drinks etc if that was on offer, neither would we have minded being mindful of other guests present if our volume was too loud but the place was empty, and on both occasions they were meetings with PR reps from Paris, so it wasn’t a loud meeting.

The location is very good The checking time in and the check out. The stay is for one day and one day is 24 h00 but you can check in only after 3:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am. How many hours are you stealing from customers? About 4h00. Think about it.

The hotel was clean and the female staff members were polite. When I arrived at the hotel, the man on reception immediately made me feel uncomfortable. Whilst I was checking in, he was speaking to his friend in French, which I found rude and unprofessional. As I arrived early, I sat and waited in reception as I was feeling quite unwell. Another friend entered the hotel and, again, the staff were speaking in French about me and laughing. It is wrong to assume that just because someone is English, they cannot understand what is being said!! I was also left waiting longer than other guests who arrived after me, despite having been there first. I noticed that my passport was scanned, whereas other guests appeared to only have theirs looked at. This made me question why my passport details were copied when this did not appear to be done for everyone. I was originally booked into the hotel for two nights, however I checked out early and didn’t stay for the second night due to the poor sleeping conditions. The bed was uncomfortable, and the noise from outside was extremely disruptive throughout the night. The hotel was also very noisy internally, with guests constantly slamming doors, and the lift being located near my room made a loud noise whenever it was in use. People were returning to the hotel at all hours, meaning I was unable to get proper sleep. The temperature in the room was also unbearable. There was no air conditioning, and when I asked if a fan could be provided, I was told that the hotel does not provide them and that I should open a window. Considering the weather was humid and over 30 degrees outside, opening a window did not help and there was no proper airflow. I would never stay at this hotel again. The accommodation was very basic and did not represent good value for money, even before considering the fact that I was unable to sleep properly and the service fell well below expectations. When I raised my concerns, the hotel refused to offer any refund or compensation for my stay.

It was clean. The room was unbearably hot, and the only solution provided was a VERY noisy fan that made it impossible to sleep. Without it, the room felt like a sauna. Toiletries were provided in very limited quantities and were not enough for two people. The bed was very small for two adults, and guests are not allowed to sit in the reception area/tables unless they purchase something.

Location was perfect, not too crowded.
-
Room with a kettle. No A/C but a fan. The strict minimum in terms of Shampoo and Shower Gel.

Clean, convenient to the metro, and later we found out there was bus 54 to centre. Too far out from the centre, but we managed. The rooms need hooks on the walls to hang towels and such.

They collect deposits after full payment and they don’t refund. They claim it will be refunded when you check out but it’s been more than 24 hours I haven’t received my deposit yet. They also charge for city tax every night you spend. I haven’t had this experience before.

The lobby area is clean, updated and very nice. The staff was also nice, informative and welcoming. The TV screen is about the size of a laptop. The walls were terribly scuffed there was a suspicious stain on my floor. I was luckily enough to get a decent layout room but my friend had to switch rooms.

Good location and easy to get into Paris through the use of the metro. Good local shops and restaurants to eat if needed. Due to being close to a busy road, road noise is loud but not bad enough to stop being able to sleep. As it’s a small hotel you often hear doors of rooms slamming shut but again not that would stop me from staying there again.

Location was great from Metro. The restaurants were good value near by. The rooms bathroom smelt terrible. I have a knee issue and wasn’t told there was a lift to 5th floor so first time I walked up and down flights stairs. We were given a key to a room already occupied. So walked in on a lady in the room. Then after checking out called to ask if I’ve taken a key with me. Which I said told the attendant that I’ve returned both sets of keys. Wasn’t impressed.

The hotel accomodated a change that I needed so easy, very helpful, Olga at the front desk when I arrived was so kind and helpful, she is amazing! I felt safe walking on neighboorhood and the metro to the main attractions is very convenient, I would stay again. no complains, maybe the request to leave the key at the front desk is outdated, thats could be easily changed.
