Apartment had good kitchen facilities, TVs throughout and outdoor terrace. It was also only a 5 minute walk to the metro and had restaurants and supermarket right outside. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER FOR THE WHOLE WEEK!!! Despite being told I would get a partial refund by the staff for the inconvenience it didn’t happen and they just started to ignore my emails. The bathroom door didn’t close at all, door hitting the frame, which was right by the lounge which wasn’t ideal. The stairs in the apartment were creaky and moved slightly.

We had to wait long time for them to open front door, despite paying excessively for what it was they charged €40 city tax. Bed Room had no cupboard or chair or table or hanger for cloths . There was traffic nose day and night. At checkout they charged us €10 for not taking the trash bags downstairs to put it in a big bin ?

It had a full size fridge. The couch was horribly uncomfortable and torn. The trim around doors was missing in places. The cabinets clearly had water damage. The washing machine was broken. The bathroom sink leaked all over the floor. The shower leaked all over the floor. There was only AC in the living room and Master bedroom; not in the second bedroom. The window in the master bedroom didn't open correctly as the hinge was broken. The power cut off at night randomly. They would only give you one key to the apartment. The door to the building had a broken windows and there were always suspicious people standing in the doorway smoking. The neighborhood would best be described as in the process of being gentrified. It was fine during the day but I didn't feel safe walking alone at night as a woman.

Location is nice. Bathroom was clogged. Two stoves werent working properly. Chimney wasnt functional. Joint beds werent comfortable.

The staff were very helpful, and we had a few requests (TV Remote didn't work, needed assistance with oven/microwave, needed assistance with sofa bed (pull up from the back), etc.) ..... The apartment was clean, Wifi was good. The park across the road was really nice, and there is a great super market immediately on the left as you leave the building, really handy. Once the remote was sorted the TV connection was not great, the kitchen was missing towel, cloth, some utensils and crockery etc. The location was an issue, Clichy seems to be a residential area, and while there were some bars and restaurants nearby you are not spoiled for choice. Sightseeing always involved 2-3 bus journeys as Clichy was a bit out of town (about 20 mins from Arc de Triomphe for example)

Location is in the market. All shops are accessible. I stayed in 2016, back then it was good. This time, both bathroom sinks were clogged. Chimney wasnt functional, made it impossible for us to cook. Beds are joined to make it one bed. Pillows are way to soft. Only one key for 4 people and too many instructions to keep the place clean. Not worth it
