Perfect location 15 min away on foot from ligne 14 Great garden terrace, hotel with fair space unlike most hotels in Paris In the main road of Clichy which has everything almost Staff were super friendly and flexible The bed mattress were very bad, super soft and caused us severe back pains

This hotel is an absolute gem, I recommend it a 100%. The staff was wonderful, helpful and kind, the room itself was great, the bed was comfortable to sleep in, the bathroom was nice and clean and the AC worked perfectly during hot days. The breakfast was super delicious. I hope to stay there again when visiting Paris! Everything was great

The location and the space My daughter and I had a smooth stay overall, but I did want to mention our check‑in experience. When we arrived, the front desk gentleman was on the phone and seemed a bit abrupt. Since we’re new to the area, I asked a question about the tube, but his response made us feel as though we were inconveniencing him. It would have been nice to receive a more welcoming and positive interaction, especially upon arrival.

Friendly staff, modern facilities. The a/c was set too cold in our room & we couldn’t change it but we could have asked staff to sort.

Good location in Clichy, close to the metro, confortable bed Staff wasn't super friendly or welcoming. There was literally hairs in the shower floor from previous guests. Stains in the bathroom sink, overall the bathroom wasn't very clean. The elevator taking you to the rooms looked like a service one.
