Very good location, bit off the crazy centre, 5 min walk to Clichy metro station. Uncovered, but closed parking available in a yard across the street. Staff kind to explain and easy check-in. Early check-in for the car was possible, no extra costs. Was there on the hottest day ever recorded in France (!) must tell that aircon was amazing. Bed very comfy, shower generously large. No fridge in the room, Pillows could be better. Breakfast time ends 30 min earlier on weekdays.

Staff super friendly and helpful! Bedrooms comfortable and Spacious! They clean the bedrooms every single day! Breakfast at first look is small, but it’s very tasteful, organized and harmful! This hotel was over my expectations! Location could be a little closer to the train station.

No elevator! We were on the 4th floor and had to carry suitcases up a somewhat winding stairway. This was difficult!

The room was brand new and so nice. BUT! It was on the 5th floor with no lift - only a small, winding stairway. Staff were great - so welcoming and responsive. It's about a 10 minute walk from the metro. There is an EXCELLENT Italian restaurant directly across the street and a number of grocery stores. The area is not the best in terms of ambiance. But we had no troubles. It's just not pretty like the rest of Paris.

Everything is excellent . The rooms , the breakfast , the location , the facilities in and around ! What’s best is the staff - each one of them - kind , polite and helpful ! For a business or family trip - I will definitely recommend this hotel ! The Metro Line 14 is very convenient as well ! It’s one of the best hotel experiences I have had !! Well done to the staff !!! And management !! Amazing

I loved the hotel - modern, comfort and clean room. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind, really loved the note they left me on one of the days - really nice touch! The location is okay, about 10 min from a subway station, railway station, trams. Close to a lot of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and everything you might need. I would definitely come back to this hotel on my next visit to Paris. Loved everything!
