The location was very good and convenient. The accommodation is situated close to a train/metro station, making it easy to travel around Paris and reach the main attractions. The good public transport connection was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. During my stay, Paris was experiencing an extreme heatwave with temperatures reaching almost 44°C. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning in the hotel. The room was located on the sun-facing side of the building, which made the situation even worse. The room temperature was constantly around 30–35°C, and even the bed remained uncomfortably hot throughout the day and night. In addition, the room was not cleaned on the second day of my stay. The bed was also much too small and not very comfortable. I would not recommend staying here during the peak summer months. The lack of air conditioning and the excessive heat made the stay very uncomfortable.

This hotel was perfect for my one-night trip to Paris, providing a decent bed, shower and breakfast between gatherings with friends. It does, however, have great facilities for people who need to work and spend more time there - the rooms have kitchenettes, there's a gym and sauna, patio areas, co-working area. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's no air conditioning in the rooms but one can open the windows to get a cool evening breeze.

It was close to the metro line 13. Circa 5 minutes walk. There are several supermarkets nearby also. And nice little Caffe shops and restaurants. Nice quiet place overall. And also it was safe to walk around even in the evening. The first day when I arrived there wasn't internet connection, just to the WiFi. They try there best to convince me I am the idiot, who can not type the right letters and numbers. It took me almost an hour to prove my point, and needed to speak three different person, and at the end it turned out there was a general problem. And there wasn't AC in the room, so it was soooooooo hot. And just a safety information: I was there in middle of July. And during the breakfast we shared the food with bees. I personally don't mind them, when they fly near to you they like a little fan. But if you have an allergy, or you are someone who is afraid of them, better to let to know the staff in advance.

Great location, walking distance to places to eat, bars and metro. The hotel was comfortable, good breakfast - good location just out of central Paris, recommended if you want to avoid central Paris prices. Easy to get around via the metro.
