The room was clean. I hate the fact that my phone had no service in the hotel. I have verizon and never lost service plus their wi fi was not great also.

The hotel itself was great as well as the staff. However the WiFi was terrible. I had work to do and was unable to do it. I couldn’t make or receive calls or check emails. Other than that I would highly recommend your hotel.

Our A/C was broken when we checked in. They fixed it within the hour!

Nothing. The room was filthy, the sheets and blankets were filthy, the walls and dressers were filthy, nobody could come clean up the room so we left and found a new place.

The older guys had a poor attitude for someone who works in customer service but the lady in the morning was kind and polite place smells like cigarettes as it says no smoking?

Wifi was pretty much non-existent. Sheets were not well cleaned. Fridge items from previous guest was not cleaned out.

Everything about this hotel is awful. Dirty nothing but druggies around. We checked in and checked right out.

Bathroom was nasty I won’t be staying there again The non smoking area smells like smoke corridor smells nasty to me

Absolutely infested with cockroaches. Killed 10 least 10 a night after a long day at work. People were throwing parties on a Wednesday that lasted until Thursday. Staff adresses nothing. Shower didn’t get hot. Can hear your neighbor talking through the wall all night.
