The Front Desk Staff Gloria ,Courtney ,Aquilla amazing Customer Service =exceptional Paige Assistant manager Horrible and Rude and stereo types people with disabilities and also stated my animal was a pitbu;; and he is not. also she entered my room knowing the key card was not working and tried to force herself in my room 3 times within an hour and its highly unacceptable I was charged also for my service animal that she placed on stating she is sorry her staff was not trained properly and the first 2 nights my first room did not have ac. than they claimed they gave a discount but it evened out because they charged for my disability animal.

This location is awsome the staff is amazing and very helpful. The customer service is awsome!!!!! Inwish everyone in the world could exsperiance how happy and grateful the staff make you feel. There is nothing I did not like.

After staying here before, I expected the same as everyone else but this go round it was different. No roaches, clean, no smoke smell. They cahrge for pets. No ESa. When asked what my dog performed it was mentioned by the manager that my dog was a ESA so I had to pay out of pocket
