the staff seems like they dont know what to do, they were not friendly. the staff seems frustrated. looking at time like its time to leave.

Room was clean spacious and nice. We were on the top floor and there was banging in the middle of the night every night that would wake me up out of my sleep. Breakfast was good. My girls said the pool was uncomfortably cold. Convenient location.

Everything went well. There were issues with the system that the front desk affiliate navigated their back up plan that made our check in easy and our stay very enjoyable. Very friendly and kind staff! The pool was great as well.

beds slept very good, room was very clean including the bathroom. the pool didn't open till 10am, we got in late that night pool was closed and checkout time is 11am so didnt get a chance to enjoy the pool at all. just wish the pool would open earlier. there was a $150 holding fee on my debit card that i didnt know about until i checked in.
