Great hotel for weekend stay!

yes, breakfast was fresh, room was clean, parking lot was pretty full when I arrived

The only thing I didn’t like was the room felt muggy. Like a window needed to be open to air the room out. And the room was very small. Other then that everything was ok. The breakfast was nice and 1 particular staff, Theresa, made it very pleasant. All staff was helpful and friendly.

Not much The air barely worked so, the room was uncomfortable. I booked a room for (3) but, the staff that cleaned room would only give me two. You could only use certain numbers on the microwave to heat your food. The older lady that worked in the breakfast area was very mean and rude to my children when they asked her questions. I informed her of a dead bug inside the orange juice container. Instead of dumping the juice out and washing the container, she tried to get it out with a napkin.

It took ten minutes for someone to come to the front desk when I came to check in.The microwave didn’t work, there was a certain way to turn on the shower and no one showed us how to operate the shower. The desk chair fabric was peeling badly.

The staff was nice. This is the first outdated Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in, and it was a very disappointing experience. The carpet in the hallway leading to our room was filthy, and the furniture in the room was worn and outdated. The bathroom sink was dusty and dirty, which made the room feel unclean overall. I was genuinely surprised to see a Holiday Inn Express in this condition. The pool area looked neglected, with old, broken tables and umbrellas that made it uninviting. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing as well. The only reason I stayed was because I wasn't sure how long it would take to receive a refund if I checked out early. Otherwise, I would have left and found another hotel. Overall, this stay did not meet the standards I've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express, and I would not recommend this location.

My experience was great the woman that woman that prepared the breakfast area was great and the guy at the front desk was great

The photos were misleading. The room had a noticeable moldy odor, the TV was extremely small, and the space felt tight. Overall, the experience didn’t match the $236 nightly rate.

The hotel was hot and had an odd small.

I was super impressed by their front desk officer Allison who helped me when I was badly stuck somewhere. I needed to use printing service but was struggling. She helped me for hours to ensure that my work completes in time. I am grateful to her.
